GUIDELINE FOR PET ANIMALS

1. Residents keeping domestic animals shall abide by the Municipal Sanitary Bye -
laws or regulations and need to register their Pets with Property Management
Office/Maintenance Office.
2. Pets would not be allowed in any common area .
3. Pets would not be allowed in Clubhouse/Community, First Floor, Park Area, Party
Area, Water Bodies, and near swimming pool.
4. It is pet owner's responsibility to not let their pets create any inconvenience to
their neighbours.
5. Make sure your pets are not creating any kind of nuisance in the common area of
the building.
6. All pets should be on leash & under the control of the pet owner / care taker when
outside the flat.
7. Pets may only be brought using service lifts.
8. Any attacks by pets on people / other pets shall be seriously dealt by Property
Management or local authorities.
9. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that pets are not allowed to urinate /
defecate in the common areas. In case of non-compliance it will be the owner’s
responsibility to clean up the mess.
10. No animal sacrifice of any kind is permitted within the complex.
