1. Computer configuration requirements

1）Base configuration requirements：

● CPU：Intel(R) Core(TM) I3 @ 2.4GHz or more

● RAM：2GB 或以上

● Hard Disk：200 GB (NTFS format)

● Mainboard：with USB 2.0 port

● Configure NIC

● System：Microsoft Windows (7、10)

2）Better configuration requirements：

● CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) I5 @ 3.10 GHz 或以上

● RAM: 4GB 或以上

● Hard Disk : 1TB 或以上(使用NTFS 格式)

● Mainboard：with USB 2.0 port

● Configure NIC

● System：Microsoft Windows (7、10)

Note: It is recommended that users set up two hard disk

partitions (NTFS format), one of which is the main hard

disk C: system disk (100G or above). It is recommended to

install the software and store the image to another hard

disk.
2. Installation process
1) Move the packing box to the working position to avoid shaking.

2) Remove the wooden box in order from top to bottom, and check

whether the accessories are complete according to the instructions.

3) Place the machine on a stable horizontal surface to avoid shaking.

4) Carefully remove the plastic film etc. from the outer packaging of the

machine.

5) Check whether the input voltage is 220V-240V and whether it is well

grounded.

6) .Connect the main power cable to the machine, and connect the

computer and the printer with a USB cable.

9) Turn on the printer and check whether it starts normally.

10) Install the printer driver in the computer and copy the printing

software to the desktop.

10) Fill the ink cartridge with ink and use a syringe to fill ink from the ink

tank the first time.

11) Click Automatic Cleaning, print a nozzle test strip, observe the inkjet

status of the nozzle, and keep the status diagram for future reference.

12) Learn how to print.

13) Start printing.


3. Printer parameters
Head: one head (Epson Dx8);

 Printing scheme: 720 * 2160 DPI,720*1440DPI

Color: CMYK + 2W color;

 Image output:Rip on maintop ,print from another software

 Intelligent printing: automatic white jump function;

White ink reduction printing: The white ink reduction printing size

can be set separately so that the printing

will not leave white borders;

White background: optional all white, white under color, reverse, etc.

 Printing direction: unidirectional, bidirectional;

 Cleaning system: Automatic cleaning nozzle

 Control buttons: use with control buttons for easy operation;

 Chinese / English interface: convenient for your use。


4.Machine installation

4.1 Unpacking and testing itsself
Confirm all accessories are complete

4.1.1 Cut the cable tie at these two places and remove the nozzle

protection cloth

4.1.2 Plug in the power cord, turn on the main power supply, turn

on the emergency switch, turn on the machine first time, and observe
whether the carriage returns to origin normally

4.1.3 Click front, back, left, right, up and down to check whether

the action is normal


4.1.4 If the operation is normal, shut down, unplug the power cord,

and do subsequent installation。

4.2 Ink installation

4.2.1 Open the right side cover and add purified water to the water

cooling box.
4.2.2 Open the small back cover,add the corresponding

color ink to the ink tank

4.2.3 open cover of carriage,suck ink from damper of each color

one by one
4.2.4 turn on printer again,do auto cleaning,print nozzle check from

software

Change the Installation folder to D disk or others,don’t

advise to install to C disk

5.2 Maintop use

First, you need to insert the blue dongle into the computer all the time

5.2.1 Create new task

5.2.2 set output size(paper size)


5.2.3 import picture,set size

5.2.4 click print,set properties

7.Do maintenance
7.1 It is recommended to turn on machine every day and print a nozzle
test strip to confirm the machine status

7.2 If the nozzle is in a bad state and there is a blocking phenomenon,

you need to clean it manually

8.common problems and resolutions


8.1 No ink out ,when printing(打印不出墨）

Resolution：

1.Check if ink tank has enough ink

2.check if ink can come out or not ,when do cleaning

8.2 No ink out ,when do cleaning


Resolution：
1.Check if ink tank has enough ink

2.check if printhead was clogged or not

3.check if printhead was aligned with ink cap, and touched well each

other
