ABSTRACT

I was involved in during an internship at Circuits 99 Automotive Private

limited from 2st September to 30th September 2023.The Professional

training that I was involved in the Department of Inventory team. There are

Telecalling, Sales ,Service, Procurement

,Accounts ,Inventory.departments are in Circuits 99 Automotive opc

private limited. During My internship helps me to learn new things and

get to know about the various department In the organizations and the

activities done in these in those departments.

This report about the sales and services ,Procurement ,Accounts, inventory

Departments details about the Circuits 99 Luxury car dealers in Chennai

And Pre owned car showroom. This report shows a view of the tasks done

during the period of internship I have done. This Internship helps me to

learn about the car dealership experience and develop essential skills in

automotive retail Industry.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 INTRODUTION

An Internship is a period of work experience offered by an


organization for a limited period of time. Once confined to
medical graduates, internship is used practice for a wide range of
placements in businesses, non-profit organizations and
government agencies. They are typically undertaken by students
and graduates looking to gain relevant skills and experience in a
particular field. Employers benefit from these placements
because they often recruit employees from their best interns,
who have known capabilities, thus saving time and money in the
long run. Internships are usually arranged by third-party
organizations that recruit interns on behalf of industry groups.
Rules vary from country to country about when interns
should be regarded as employees. The system can be open to
exploitation by unscrupulous employers.

1.2 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:

1.3 SCOPE OF THE STUDY:


The scope of internship training is to indicate the type of activities in
which the intern will likely be engaged. An internship provides real life
experience and exposure. It also allows students to gets skill,
knowledge, and theoretical practice. The goal of the study is to
evaluvate the efficiency of the company’s system for handling
complaints. Additionally it reveals the employees viewpoint on the
company’s current work situation. It also helps to explore career
alternatives prior to education.

1.4 DURATION:
Internship training are like jobs training programs that completed in 10
to 12 weeks or 1 month or up to 6 months.

1.5 IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY:


 Internships provide exposure to the real world.
 You can learn how to apply the knowledge you have acquired
during an internship to your future workplaces. In addition to this,
it is an excellent learning curve for young graduates and
students while meeting new people and making connections in
the professional world.
 Internship are helpful to develop your professional aptitude, and
provides a greater opportunity.

The Automotive industry is a global sector encompassing the design


development, Manufacturing, Marketing ,and sale of motor vehicles. It is
one of the largest industries by revenue and is vital to economic growth ,
innovation , and employment in many countries. The industry primarily
focuses on producing passenger cars, commercial vehicles and automotive
components.

2.1.1 HISTROY OF THE COMPANY

Circuits 99 Automotive Private limited Started in 2014 by Sanjeev kumaar


T ,Son of Thankaraj ,an automotive enthusiast from kovai, Sanjeev looks for
the best luxury cars from across places to add to his showroom in Chennai.
Their sprawling showroom in
the city’s heart showcases luxury brands like Mere des Benz ,BMW ,Audi ,Jaguar
,Range Rover , Volvo ,Lexus ,Volkswagen ,Toyota ,and others. With a firm
emphasis on the preparation of the cars , Sanjeev ensures that each car is
rigorously checked ,as many as 170 points, before he buys or sells it. That
set extremely high standard and spent a significant amount of time and
money to make sure that their cars are mechanically sound and well
presented. Circuits 99 has cars from 15 lakh onwards suit any budget. Citing
a Statista report Sanjeev says that the luxury cars sales are expected to
reach 205.9k vehicles in 2026. “sed car segments is a crowded marketplace.
Hence ,customers’ trust and confidence in the dealer are critical. Circuits 99
is a pre-owned luxury car dealership. Specializing in high-end vehicles ,the
company has bit a strong reputation for offering a crated selection of luxury
cars ranging from prestigious brands lie BMW, Audi, Mercedes-benz and
jaguar to other premium manufacturers.

Established with the vision of making luxury cars more accessible, Circuits

customers looking for pre- owned vehicles without compromising on
quality.

known locality in Chennai. Over time Circuits 99 has earned the trust of its
clients but ensuring that each car undergoes rigorous inspection and its
thoroughly maintained before being sold. With a combination of

luxury car market ,the dealership has become a go-to destination for car
enthusiasts in Chennai.

5.1 CONCLUSION
My internship at Circuit 99 Automotive Private Limited has
been an invaluable experience that has significantly contributed to my
professional and personal growth. During my time in the inventory team, I
gained practical insights into the workings of a pre-owned luxury car
showroom, enhancing my understanding of inventory management,
customer relations, and the automotive industry as a whole.

I had the opportunity to work closely with experienced


professionals who provided mentorship and guidance, allowing me to
develop essential skills such as data analysis, effective communication, and
problem-solving. Additionally, I learned about market trends, customer
preferences, and the importance of maintaining high standards of service in
a competitive market. I like to thankful for the Business Manager and the
workers in the industry to teach me the process and whatsoever I believe
my time spent in internship Circuit 99 it was well worth it for one month
internship.

This internship not only enriched my theoretical knowledge


but also helped me apply classroom concepts in a real-world setting,
bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. I am
grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic team and look
forward to leveraging the skills and knowledge acquired during this
internship in my future endeavors in the automotive industry.
