Company Support: Visa charges will be covered by the company during the recruitment process.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and capable of handling package transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery Services: Safely transport goods and packages to customer locations within the
designated area.
Timely Deliveries: Ensure all deliveries are made within specified timeframes to meet customer
expectations.
Safety: Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating the company's bikes. Vehicle
Maintenance: Conduct routine bike maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive
to inquiries or concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts and customer signatures as
required.
Navigation: Use GPS and maps for route planning and finding efficient paths to delivery
destinations. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Qualifications:
Age: Applicants should be between 20 and 40 years old.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying packages.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English or Arabic is preferred.
Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are crucial attributes for this role.
Benefits:
Visa charges will be borne by the company during the processing period. Candidates will repay this
amount via salary deduction starting from the 7th month, at a rate of 30% of their monthly
earnings.
All other benefits as per UAE labor law will be applicable.
Candidates will receive a government visa, sponsored by the Roads and Transport Authority of
Dubai (RTA Dubai).
For Careem:
There is no assured minimum salary; instead, the salary is directly tied to the amount of work
(number of orders) a rider completes
The payment model is entirely commission -based ,with a 100% commission structure Careem is
anticipated to have job opportunities available in the near future.
Riders receive 100% of the tips they earn.
The effective percentage representing the rider's share in calculating their salary is 68.16%. To
qualify for a minimum guaranteed delivery earning of approximately 2,100/- per month, a rider
must work at least 26 working days in a month and refrain from rejecting any orders on any
working day. This serves as a fall back guarantee in case the rider fulfils all performance Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service
Level Agreements (SLAs) but receives few orders from the Noon app.
The duty involves a 12-hour shift (online/active login hours) with a one-hour break every working
day For Noon Minutes (Grocery):
To qualify for a fixed salary of AED 2,600/- per month, a rider must complete duty for a total of 26
or
27 working days, depending on the number of days in the calendar month. This requires
consistent attendance, with no strike-offs from Noon, and a 100% acceptance rate of orders. The
rider should also maintain 12 hours of active duty login every day, with no late-logins, and take a
one-hour break. Only under these conditions will the rider be eligible for the fixed monthly salary.
The rider must successfully pass an interview conducted by the Noon in Minutes Team to secure
the job and be on boarded. Otherwise, if unsuccessful, the rider may be given an opportunity in
another business when available.

Recruitment Process:
If candidates meet the above requirements, we or DTC will arrange a preliminary online interview.
Successful candidates will proceed to the employment visa application stage.
Once the employment visa is issued, a service charge of 3200 AED is payable by the candidate.
Airfare expenses are the candidate's responsibility
Candidates with a GCC/Home Country License will undergo driving school training to obtain a UAE
bike license. The driving school payment of 6000 AED will be made by the candidate upon arrival
in the UAE.
In the event that any candidate fails in any driving school stage, they must cover the costs for
additional classes and test schedules themselves.
Upon arrival in Dubai, candidates will undergo a final interview conducted by DTC. Within a
maximum of 3 weeks, the visa process will be completed, and employment can commence. If any
candidate fails the interview, it is our responsibility to repatriate them to their home country.
Salary Deduction:
The salary deductions for the bike rider will begin after 7 months of joining, and the
deductions for each process/stage are as follows:
