First method: Empty Box (EB)

This method is simple and takes 5-30 minutes for a refund confirmation.

- Order the item and receive it.


- Wait at least 2 days.
- Start a live chat with the rep, be friendly, inquire about their well-being.
- Explain that the item was a gift, but the box was empty, causing embarrassment.
- If asked about box damage, say it's intact to avoid investigation.
- The rep will likely offer a replacement/refund.

Tips:

- Be likable and considerate due to the COVID situation.


- Craft a story to evoke sympathy for a faster resolution.
- Best for orders below $1,000.

Second method: Partial Refunding

- Order multiple items, claim only one arrived. Ideal for clothing or PC component
refunds.

- Order items to refund and add a cheap item to the order (in a single package).
- Wait 2-3 days after receiving the products.
- Start a live chat, be polite but express frustration.
- State only the cheapest item arrived.
- Create a compelling story about urgency for a special event.
- Some stores may issue a partial refund without requiring an affidavit.

Tips:

- Be likable and show frustration.


- Craft a sympathetic story for a quicker resolution.
- Recommended for clothing orders, not exceeding $400.

Last method: Fake Tracking ID (FTID)

- Involves a small investment to make the company believe you returned the item.
High success rate but takes longer.

- Order the item.


- Receive it and request a prepaid return label online.
- Obtain the return label PDF.
- Find a service for FTID and pay for the add-on.
- Send the prepaid return label to the service provider.
- Track the package until it shows delivered.
- Wait 14 days from the delivery date.
- Contact the company, claim you returned the item, but haven't received a refund.
- The rep will check the delivery status and issue a refund if confirmed.

Tips:

- For the highest success rate, use only the FTID method.
- Recommended for high-value orders.
