There is an expectation that students will demonstrate their
understanding, critical analysis and interpretation by good visual
illustrations supported by succinctly written explanation. A formal report
will be submitted via Turnitin as a single document, including the following
components:
• Cover sheet identifying the module, the date and the student’s
number.
• Table of Contents
• Component A: Design and Access Statement
o Site Introduction
o Design and Planning Considerations
• Component B: Construction Management and Offsite
Construction Plan
• Conclusions
• References (in Harvard Style)
• Appendices (if required).

• You will incur a penalty if you submit an assignment that exceeds
5000-word count, e.g., for every 500 words exceeding, 5% penalty
will be applied.
You can submit drafts for formative feedback within the 2nd week of April,
Feedback arrangements
2024 and expect to receive feedback prior to presentations scheduled for
17th April, 2024. The feedback on drafts will help you to develop and
improve your assignment prior to final submission. Formal feedback on
final submission will be available w/c 20th May 2024. All marks and grades
issued to students are provisional until ratified by examination boards.

If you fail your assessment, and are eligible for reassessment, you will

need to resubmit on or before 4pm, Friday 2nd Aug, 2024. For students
with accepted personal mitigating circumstances for absence/non
submission, this will be your replacement assessment attempt. The
reassessment task is the same as the original task as set out above.
