The purpose of this document is to help our clients understand the complexity of an SAP upgrade and to measure the readiness of a companys ability to conduct the upgrade project. Hackett believes that upgrading the SAP system is not a trivial process and that to ensure success; we must identify all areas of risk and to determine mitigating factors.
