·Tank Inspection reports ( Deck and engine ) to be checked and in case of any issues pitting, dent co

inspected during the DD hence spares ( manhole /Guage glass gaskets) required to be ordered accor
satisfactory in Auto mode. Specification as per boiler survey requirement to be included in the DD spe

·Main engine LO pump and Aux blower motor running hrs to be checked and if not overhauled during
·Stern tube records to be reviewed and when seal were last renewed. Condition of stern tube leak if a
·Steering gear operation to be checked. Confirm any maintenance carried out during DD and if any m
·Incinerator Refractory condition to be checked and if any replacement is required during the DD.
·Boiler Overboard valves , Grey/sewage/Any Strom ovbd valves to be included in the plan for inspectio
·Sewage treatment plant condition to be checked. Tank to be checked for sign of corrosion. Condition
to be inspected. Repair plans to be included in DD spec if any issue identified.
·Engine room SEA water pumps running hrs to be checked and in case any pump falling due during th
plan. Pump overhauled in last 2year report for same to be kept ready for CSM
·Carry out inspection of the power distribution system and any issues which have been identified to be
·Running hrs of motors falling due to be reviewed and if any major big motor requiring overhaul, same
list of motor overhauled during last Dry docking and plan accordingly.
·Operation of Deck and ER fans to be verified and records from previous docking to be checked, If no
·Wires for HH Crane, Life-Boat Davit, Rescue Boat davit ( Including lifting wire for Life boat) when rene
accordingly.
·Life boat, rescue boat and hose/provision crane hoses to inspected. Confirm when was last renewed a
renewal.
·Air conditioning system and refer system to be checked, any defect identified or any major overhaul
Requisition for spares to be raised accordingly.
·Electrical installation on bridge, navigation and communication equipment on bridge to be checked fo
be included in the DD List.
·Accommodation, bath room Galley floors to be inspected and defects if any to be identified. Any othe
requiring attention during the DD to be included in the DD plan
·Operation of ICCP and MGPS to be verified and in case of identified issues repairs included in DD spec
·All Galley equipment to be should be in operational condition. Meat and Fish room to be inspected.
·Provision cranes, hose handling cranes, ER cranes to be check for proper operations. Any repairs requ
·Lighting frames brackets on deck, accommodation and bridge to be checked for signs of corrosion.
·All Weather tight doors on deck and in accommodation to be inspected with frames and repair if any
·Grating on Deck to be inspected an ones requiring renewal to be planned for replacement in DD.
·Cargo system operation will be checked as a part CAP survey. Hence a thorough performance test wo
inspection report and ensure all defects identified are attended. Ensure vessel has the required spare
Cargo and Ballast pumps should be operating satisfactory without any leaks.
·All Cargo, steam, FW and fire / foam Hydraulic pipelines on deck to be inspected, Corroded pipe to b
Proper drawing, dimensions, specification and photos to be included in the DD list.
·Windlass / winches on deck to be inspected and performance test to be carried out. Any identified iss
·Life boat, rescue boat and life raft davit to be inspected and defect requiring attention during the DD
·Gangway to be inspected and defect if any requiring attention during DD to be included in DD plan.
·Mast on bridge and Fwd Mast along with light fitting, stays etc to be inspected.
·Inspection of Super structure to be carried and identified defects to be included in the repair plan for
stair etc to be included ).
·All Vent heads on deck will be inspected hence kindly commence the inspection of the vent head and
any defects identified requisition for new heads to be raised if required if beyond repairs.
·All PV valves to overhauled.
·Condition of Ballast tanks to be assessed form previous report . Any dents identified or any previous
specs.
·The condition of and Deck seal to be assessed and any issue to be added for repairs in the Deck plan
Jacket to be checked. Automation to be in satisfactory condition.
·The operation of the ballast and Cargo valve system to be checked and issue identified to be included
check for any know leakages through valves.
