phone up the vic and say there’s fraudulent activity on his account state random 3
transactions that will go out of his account direct debits and tell him to give u
the activation code to cancel transactions and then after. U typed that code
another otp will come thru tell him to give u that iswel then ur in the log

unrecognised IP address.

We’re calling to confirm whether these attempts were genuine and made by you.

These attempts were made around 30 minutes prior to my first call.

And a €200.36 transaction on Adidas

Can you please login to your barclays banking app.


Select 'More' from the bottom of the page.
Select 'Manage accounts' and then 'Generate activation code'

Please proceed the read the digits out and ill confirm access.

Next Select the PinSentry option on your home page.

Press 'RESPOND', then type your card PIN into the PINsentry device and press
'ENTER'.
(Tell victim the 8 digit number on your PC screen and tell em to enter it and press
enter)

Next can you please go back too the mobile pinsentry setting and press recieve.
Can you please read out the 8 digit code.
