2.00 ASSUMPTIONS FOR CALCULATION:
2.01 The above areas are approximate based on the drawing and on the view given for the areas to be cladded.
2.02 Any extra work required will be charged as per the nature of work as on actuals
Method of measurement : in inches on maximum extant & multiple of 3" & size below 3" will be consider in running feet & ACP

3.00 General TERMS & CONDITION:


The above rates are budgetary and will vary on actual shop drawing/changes in

specification and on actual measurement. The quantities given in quotation are
3.02 Any change in the ensuing budget will be applicable at actuals.
3.03 Combination/Grid size to be decided by us to minimize wastages.
3.04 Any civil, Scaffolding & MS Fabrication alterations required will be done by Client.
3.05 All basic amenities like electricity, water, working place, site office, storage facility with security will be provided by Client at free of cost.
3.06 Accommodations/Food for the labours shall be provided by client at free of cost
3.07 Completion of work 20-30 working days after receipt of confirmed order and will depend on the following points.
a) Handing over of site for the work to start. b) Mobilizations of Materials
c) Continuous power supply. d) Payments & Permissions
3.08 Any damages/repairs caused by your other agencies or contractors will have to be reimbursed to us at Cost.
3.09 All quotations and contracts are contingent on war by Nations. natural calamities, riots, fire, etc., Force Majeure clause applicable.
3.10 Validity of quote15days and there after to be confirmed subject to escalation if any.
3.11 Cleaning of Glass/ACP/Louver/Sliding will be done once only at the time of handing over the site and any extra cleaning will be on charged.
3.12 Permissions for renovation & execution for the said work on premises from the Society & Others shall be obtained by the client
3.13 Any kind deposits/caution money in case of permission from society / others shall be bared by client
3.14 ESIC/PF/Any Kind of insurance is not covered in above budget & shall be borne by client as on actuals if applicable
4.00 BASIC RATES:
4.01 Basic rate of 17.52mm SGP GLASS sheet 4mm all incl unloaded at site has been considered as Rs 750/Sft + GST. Actual supplied quantity shall be measured.
4.02 Basic rate of 17.52mm PVB GLASS all inclusive unloaded at site has been considered as Rs. 410/Sft + GST incl protective film & wastage
4.03 Basic rate of structural steel sections has been considered as Rs. 55,000 per MT + GST
4.04 Basic rate of Aluminium NALCO/ JINDAL ingot has been considered as Rs. 210 per kg
4.05 We recommend heat soak testing for toughened glass. The cost for the same shall be extra.
4.06 If client procures directly, basic rate as mentioned ABOVE shall be deducted from the respective BOQ item rate for supply
5.00 PAYMENT:
5.01 10% advance along with Work order for System & shop Drawing Approvals.
5.02 60% advance for Glass & Aluminium Section
5.03 20% on against supply of Materials
5.04 00% Against Running bill for Process of Works
5.05 10% of completion of work.
5.06 Taxes will be charged as on actual basis as applicable on the date of Invoice as per statutory norms
5.07 BILL & PAYMENT CYCLE UPTO 15days.
6.00 Warranty & service
6.01 Service warranty for 12 months subject to full & final payment Settlement of the project
6.02 Subject manufacturer's warranty for the component used in project.
7.00 Warranty does not applicable or on the chargeable basis in case of
Physical damage, Leakage from exterior walls/ceiling, Cracks due to expansion & contraction, bulbs/tubes or any other electrical
