    Call for Applications

    UTFORSK PROJECT

    The Department of Urban Design, SPA, is collaborating with NTNU, Norway on


    UTFORSK Project. As a part of the project, a mobility program for two students
    from the thesis batch is envisaged in the month of February-March 2025 to NTNU,
    Trondheim. The selected students will continue to work on their thesis projects
    from NTNU under the supervision of a faculty member from NTNU. At the same
    time, they will be guided by their SPA thesis supervisor through the online session
    during their stay in Norway. The cost of travel and stay for the selected students
    will be coming from the project funds.

    Applications are invited from the students of Urban Design for selection for the
    mobility program. Interested students are required to submit a 1000-word
    proposal under the broad theme of ‘Localizing the Sustainable Development
    Goals’ on or before 7th September, 2024, 10:00 pm. And this proposal needs to
    answer the following:

    1. Statement of Interest: Why are you interested in the topic of “Localizing


    the SDGs? And, what prior experiences do you have with this topic?
    2. Thesis Intent: Are you currently working on a related topic as part of your
    thesis? How does this mobility program support your current
    intent/work/thesis?

    The submission Deadline is 7th September, 2024, 10:00pm, IST and submissions
    are to be sent to [email protected]
