    Position: NPD – Quality Engineer


    From April’2019 to till date

    Responsibilities:
     Design review during the receiving of New /ECN RFQ from customer.
     Co-ordinate Internal feasibility meeting for the RFQ before TFC.
     Planning and procuring resources required for project (Resource Planning).
     Analyze the requirement of new products in both case of manufacturing and measuring system.
     Following tool status and monitoring measurements.
     Perform Measuring System Analysis for new parts.
     Conducting Supplier PPAP audits for new programs & New suppliers.
     Perform SPC for all Significant characteristic and as per customer specific requirement.
     Co-ordinate with supplier for the manufacturing of SPM if needed.
     Creating PPAP documents for new product as per AIAG.
     Planning of Agreement of inspection with suppliers.
     Designing and Evaluating the Fixture for new products.
     Identifying the potential supplier for external inspection if needed in any special case.
     Identifying the potential failure in development stage and controlling the cause of the failure with
    the use of QC Tools & Core tools.
     Following and get the sample and PSW approval from customer.
     Following the performance during IPC and maintain the record.
     Record the learning and handover the project to production.
    Additional responsibility as Standard room In charge:

     Maintain the Quality documents in Standard room.


     Responsible for developing new program in measuring equipment’s like CMM (ZEISS), Geometrical
    dimension & tolerance (GD&T)
     Responsible for new development part Quality planning like measurement feasibility, gauge & fixture
    concepts.
     Troubleshooting the issues in measuring equipment as well as in measuring operators.
     Follow-up & completion of annual layout & Product audit inspection as per plan.
     Responsible for Die Casting & Injection Molding, Tool room & Press shop part Inspection.
     Co-ordinate with customers during joint inspection.
     Co-ordinate with tool correction support clearance.
     Responsible for periodic calibration for instruments
     Mentoring and train the team.
     Control of document and following IATF Requirements in any existing nor newly added process and
    system.
    Handling of Advanced Instruments:
     Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (ZEISS- Spectrum II- RDS-C5 XDT and HEXAGON-PC-DMIS
    CAD ++2011)
     Video Measuring Machine (Micro-vu & Rapid-I)
     Roughness Tester (Mitutoyo).
     Handling all types of Gauges like Plug Gauge, Depth Gauge, Dial gauge, Radius Gauge, Vernier,
    micrometer, profile projector, Height Vernier, Push- Pull gauge, Beam gauge. Height master.

    Bosch, Garrett Motion, Hella, Visteon, Aptiv, Mando, Magna, Kautex, Yazaki...Etc.
