Responsibilities of Invitation Committee


1. To prepare the following lists of the invited Dignitaries/Guests/

brochure.

• List of Research Scholar (List-03)
• List of others (List -04)

2. Invitation Letters to Dignitaries, Subject Experts, Invited Guests and all


other invitations.

Brainstorming Sessions Committee:

Responsibilities
1. Liaising with Keynote Speakers/Speakers/coordinators of Brainstorming for their
lectures/presentations. Liaising with the Invitation Committee to arrange to
send the invitation letters to the concerned persons as above.

2. Provide the Travel and accommodation details of the Keynote Speakers,


Speakers, and coordinators to The Chairman, Transport & and accommodation
committee for further necessary action at their end.

3. Provide the details of the Keynote Speakers, Speakers, and coordinators


regarding the requirement of the conference kits, food coupons and Momentos
to the Chairman, reception committee to arrange the same at their end.

4. To make the plan and coordination with concerned committees for the

organization of the Plenary sessions during the 18th USSTC.

5. Liasoning with Keynote speakers for submitting their small introduction of their
specialized lecture.

Technical Session Committee will give the details to the Chairman,

2. Provide the details of the evaluators regarding the requirement of the


conference kits, foodcoupons and Momentos to the reception
committee for further necessary action at their end.

3. Prepare the coordinators list for all the technical sessions.

certificates and conference schedule on whiteboards outside & inside of
each conference room and in concerned building.

Invitation committee for the same.
2. To arrange the transport and accommodation for the dignitaries,
Guests, Invited Speakers, Coordinators, Research Scholars and
others as per requirement.
3. Transport Committee will lias with the Invitation and Reception
Committee.
