Description: This user story defines the details about CIC/CIC matrix Request

Interfaces: o React-UI as frontend

o Pega as backend

Pre-conditions: o CIC Needed should be selected as “Yes” in CIC Mapping

o CIC Matrix grouping should be done in CIC mapping, if needed for given CIC’s
o Fullkit conditions for the CIC request should be completed before CIC Request can be sent.

Post-conditions: o Task Owner should be able to Request the CICs/CIC Matrix to BVE
o Request for CICs should sent to BVE

Actors o Task Owner

Normal Course of Scenarios:

Events and  User can Request CIC /CIC Matrix from Dependency Mapping Page.
Destination:  When user clicks on a Request CIC /Request CIC Matrix task, user is navigated to Dependency Mapping Page. User can request CIC as per
the Fullkit availability (If Fullkit complete then can request. If Fullkit not complete, then cannot)
 During project setup as per estimated number of CIC, place holder Request CIC tasks should be generated in project plan (for example
estimated CIC =10, then 10 Place holder CIC Request tasks instance created initially in project plan)

 When ‘CIC Needed’ marked as ‘Yes’ during CIC mapping in the dependency mapping page, system dynamically generates a CIC Request
task and assign it to same design delivery (who is doing the CIC Mapping). [first placeholder task is replaced with this actual CIC request
task]

 If Design Delivery mark the ‘CIC Needed’ as ‘NO’ (from yes), dynamically delete that particular CIC Request task.

 If Design Delivery group 5 CICs to a CIC Matrix after selecting them ‘CIC Needed’= Yes and mark them as “CIC matrix only “using the toggle
button:
Here during ‘CIC Needed’=yes selection, initially 5 CIC request tasks get generated.
Now when 5 CICs are put on a CIC Matrix all those 5 individual CIC request tasks should be removed.
A new Request CIC Matrix task generated and linked with a placeholder CIC request task.

If Design Delivery mark them as “CIC matrix & CICs “

Request CIC Matrix task is generated. Once upload & approve CIC Matrixes are completed, next individual CIC Request tasks are
generated. (Once CIC Matrixes are approved relevant Request CICs tasks replace placeholders)

 If user wants to add a new CIC to an existing CIC matrix (Request not yet sent) – user select the CIC using checkbox and from action menu
selects ‘CIC Matrix’ option and provide the existing CIC Matrix name. The selected CIC becomes part of the CIC Matrix.
In this scenario the individual CIC Request task for that particular CIC is removed. Old ‘Request CIC Matrix’ Task is removed. A new CIC
Matrix task is generated with the newly added CIC.
(If CiC is requested, then don’t allow)

 If user remove 1 or multiple CIC from a CIC Matrix: Delete the ‘Request CIC matrix’ task first. Generate a new CIC matrix task (for
remaining CICs part of the CIC Matrix)
Generate individual CIC Request task for the removed CICs (from the matrix)
Depending on the toggle button selected for CIC Matrix (CIC Matrix only or CIC Matrix & CIC) , generate the individual CIC Request tasks
appropriately after CIC Matrixes are uploaded and approved as mentioned in above scenarios.

How to remove a CIC from a Matrix: (Only when CIC Request not sent)

Note: To remove a CIC from a CIC Matrix a bin icon should be provided in the column ‘CIC Matrix (optional), using which user can remove a

CIC Request/CIC Matrix Request Naming Convention:

 The naming convention for the Request CIC/CIC Matrix task should be as follows (it should change dynamically)
CIC Request: Request CIC_ [PMP No.] _ [POA No.] _ [POA Description]

 The naming convention for CIC Matrix is as below

 For HC:
CICM [number]
Brand – AWM
Category – AWM
Pillar – DSBP (keep it blank as it is not coming from DSBP for now)
Tier – DSBP (keep it blank as it is not coming from DSBP for now)
Project name – AWM
SMO – AWM
AW usage – (PMP Packaging Component Type from)
Plus, PMP numbers
 For BC:
CICM [number]
Brand – AWM

CIC Mapping Example:

As a design Delivery I should be able to identify whether CICs are needed for PMPS, please see below example as reference for CIC mapping which
needs to be identified before CIC/CIC Matrix Request.

Once PMPs are identified as CIC needed, denoted by (Yes/No/NA) in CIC needed column, there could be few scenarios by which the CIC/CIC matrix
Request can happen.
In an event there is a CIC matrix, or when user identifies or group a number of CICs in a CIC Matrix there should be a Request CIC/Request CIC Matrix
button like above shown in CIC mapping table
 The Request CIC/CIC Matrix button should only appear when user enters or identifies CIC/CIC Matrix for a PMP.
 By Default, the button should be at “Request CIC” for CIC. “Request CIC Matrix” for CIC Matrix.

For individual CIC (not a part of any CIC Matrix)

 PMP is identified as a CIC and Fullkit is not ready -> ‘Request CIC’ button is not enabled
 PMP is identified as a CIC and Fullkit is ready -> ‘Request CIC’ button is enabled
 PMP is identified as a CIC and FK ready, and CIC requested -> Button is disabled but the label is showing as 'CIC Requested' in blue color.
 PMP is identified as a CIC and FK not ready, but CIC was requested (Rework scenario) -> Button is disabled but the label is showing as 'CIC
Requested' in red color.

For CIC Matrix (Group of PMPs selected as CIC Matrix)

(PMP is selected as CIC for all the below scenarios)
 Fullkit is Not ready for All/part of the PMPs of the CIC matrix -> 'Request CIC Matrix' button is disabled.
 Fullkit is ready for All of the PMPs of the CIC matrix -> 'Request CIC Matrix' button is enabled.
 Fullkit ready for All of the PMPs of the CIC matrix -> Button is disabled and label showing as 'CIC Matrix Requested' in blue.
 Fullkit status for All/part of the PMPs of the CIC matrix got changed from ready to not ready after CIC matrix request (Rework scenario)->
button is disabled, and label is showing 'CIC Matrix requested' in red color.

Successful Submission of CIC/CIC Matrix Request – User gets a popup with a message – “CIC/CIC Matrix request have been
submitted”

Error Handling Scenarios: (For bulk request of CIC/CIC matrix)

User can select single of multiple PMPs from checkbox and request CIC from Action Button – Request CIC/CIC Matrix

A pop up should be shown with selected PMP, PMP Description and CIC Matrix Name. Once submitted the corresponding
upload/approval tasks should be generated.

 If User is selecting PMP which is not a CIC – Pop up with an error message should be displayed “The PMPs you have selected is not a CIC.
Please verify your selection”.
CIC request should not be sent.

 If User is selecting PMPs for which Fullkit is not ready – Pop up with an error message should be displayed “Fullkit for all/part of PMPs you
have selected is not ready. Please verify your selection”.
CIC request should not be sent.

 User is selecting PMPs for which CIC request already sent- > Pop up with an error message should be displayed “CIC request for all/part of
the PMPs already sent. Please verify your selection”.
CIC request should not be sent.

User Story: CIC/CIC Matrix Request

 If User is not selecting all the PMPs which are part of a single CIC Matrix (Pre condition -Fullkit for all the CIC is ready)-> Though user did
not select all the PMPs which are part of the CIC Matrix, Pop up should display all PMPs which are of the same CIC Matrix.
A message “Please confirm you want to request CIC Matrix for following CICs?” displayed along with all the CIC/PMP ID list.

Once the CIC/CIC Matrix is requested upload/approval tasks should be generated (Please refer the CIC Upload/Approval user story for
this)

Rework: (Mockup to be created)

 Rework button is enabled when – a) CIC/CIC Matrix is requested b) CIC/CIC Matrix requested but Fullkit changed.
 Rework Button -enables user to request for a new CIC upload/approve task and old tasks are cancelled (no matter what
state they are).
 After rework is clicked, ‘Request CIC’/’Request CIC Matrix’ button is either enabled(green)/grayed out (Fullkit not ready)
based on Fullkit availability for the CIC.
 cancelled tasks are hidden from users (PM + task owners) view.
