ECPlus – Chopped Strand Mat (EB) 611

FGOC ECPlus Chopped Strand Mat 611 is manufactured by the
uniform distribution of chopped ECPlus boron free-glass filament
strands of ∽50mm length, laid in a random orientation and held
together by an PVAc emulsion binder. The CSM EB 611 mat
offers:

• fast wet out, good air release and uniform wet-through rate
• excellent conformability and integrity
• even weight distribution
• excellent mechanical properties
• superior corrosion resistance Vs standard E-glass

• Rolls are packed in a PE-sleeve and then in a corrugated cardboard box.

STORAGE:
• The product should be stored in a cool and dry area, with temperature between 150 C
to 350 C and relative humidity below 75%.
• It is advisable to condition the product in the production shopfloor for at least 24hrs
before use.
• Pallets should not be stacked more than 2 layers high.
