Setting: The team is seated around the conference table, and Sam, the manager,
stands in front, excited to introduce the new project.*
Sam (Manager): “Okay, team! We have a very big client project. Medyo challenging,
pero alam kong kaya natin! Let’s hear your ideas!”
later.”
John: “Uy, Emma, parang masyadong seryoso! It’s just a project, not a science
experiment.”
Sarah: “Huy, huwag ganyan, John. Alalahanin mo last time na nag-wing it ka, muntik
super-coffee. Ako, I’m all for a little creativity sa project.”
Lisa: “Basta ako, quality control. Walang makakalusot na sablay!”
Chris: “Cool! Ako naman ang bahala sa pinaka-importanteng parts. Dapat ahead tayo
palagi!”
Raj: “Relax, Chris. Kaya natin ‘yan. Maybe we can balance everyone’s strengths para
lahat happy?”
Tina: (Laughing) “Okay ‘yan, guys! Basta kasama ako sa fun, game ako!”
Maya: (Deadpan) “Ang saya naman ng workplace natin. Let’s just hope na walang
gulo.”
Narrator (Voiceover): “In this lively group, each person’s personality shines through,
showcasing how different work styles create both synergy and chaos.”
Setting: The team is deciding how to divide tasks. Many opinions are clashing.
Lisa: “Pero naalala ko last time na nagmamadali tayo, John? Nakalimutan mo pangalan
ng client sa presentation.”
David: “Totoo. Pero sa akin, gusto ko ng konting space for creativity. Hindi boring ang
approach natin.”
Lisa: “As long as maayos ang details, game ako. Ayoko nang may sablay pag dating ng
presentation.”
Let’s balance quality and speed.”
Tina: “Sige! Ako ang bahala sa vibes and moral support! May dala akong snacks!”
Narrator (Voiceover): “With differing work styles, tensions arise, but everyone is still on
board for the project.”
Medyo
overwhelming.”
David: “Nakaka-pagod din yung routine. Parang walang oras para maging creative.”
Lisa: “Same, Emma. Parang hindi matapos-tapos ang mga details na kailangan
tingnan.”
Chris: “Kaya nga, dapat mabilis lang tayo, guys. Move agad.”
Raj: “Wait, wait. Hindi tayo makaka-survive kung lahat rush. Let’s take it easy din
minsan.”
Tina: “Oo nga! Alam niyo, if all else fails… pizza party tayo for ‘team-building’!”
Narrator (Voiceover): “Keeping motivation high is difficult, but humor and snacks keep
the spirit alive.”
Rushing
is stressful.”
John: “More time? Sam, ‘di naman ito drawing! Kailangan natin ng speed.”
Sarah: “Guys, siguro middle ground? Sam, baka pwede medyo flexible ang deadlines?”
David: “Flexible deadlines, or… creative nap time? Okay ‘yun para refresh tayo!”
Lisa: “As long as there is extra time for quality check, okay ako.”
Tina: “Agree! Coffee and doughnuts din, para may konting saya!”
Maya: “Just regular coffee, please. Walang ‘super-coffee. Baka di na ako makatulog
nyan.”
Narrator (Voiceover): “Sam’s intervention brings some compromise, and the team’s
stress levels go down.”
Baka
maging sobrang hyper ka sa work.”
Narrator (Voiceover): “Humor, snacks, and teamwork make the perfect ingredients for
the final push.”
‘Thank you very much.’”
Tina: “High fives! Nagawa natin ito kahit may konting coffee drama!”
Narrator (Voiceover): “Humor and collaboration led the project to success, proving that
teamwork—and a bit of laughter—are essential.”
