Task 1

Presented is the table describing the number of factories and

employees working in factories in Germany from 1851 to 1901.
Overall, most of the data exhibited a downward trend over the
50-year period. Additionally, this same trend was observed in
both the number of factories and workers from 1851 to 1901.
Initially, male employees accounted for the majority of total
employees, with 287,100 individuals in 1851. This figure then
experienced a steady decline, decreasing from 287,100 workers
in 1851 to 31,000 workers in 1901. Similarly, the number of
female workers significantly decreased from 190,000
employees to 30,000 employees between 1851 and 1901.
These two quantities fell, resulting in a considerable decline in
the total number of employees. Consequently, this figure
dropped from 477,100 to 61,000 over the 50-year period. In
contrast, the number of factories showed more volatility. From
1851 to 1901, the number of workplaces rose from 225 to 721,
before falling to 600 in 1901.
Task 2
In the modern world, many people pay attention to using
money for beauty care. Over the past, this situation did not
occur with some reasons. This essay attempts to shed light on
the driving factors behind this problem before outlining which
have resulted from this phenomenon.
There are two primary reasons as to why male and female
recently care about the appearance of those. Firstly, with the
development of social media, most people use it as a tool live in
a virtual life and show off. For example, in Vietnam, many
people have the habit of depending on social networks, so they
always have a good-looking when appearing in the internet.
Secondly, taking care of their beauty is also a way to earn mone
income for yourself. This is beacause many brands often put
out advertisements, and they need to have a host of individuals
who have a magnificent prettiness.
Nevertheless, this trend could causes more problems than it
solves, resulting in negative consequences for many people. the
first possible outcome is that there are a lot of hamrful
substantial in the beauty care products which usually lead to
severe skin diseases such as cancer and pigmentation. Many
countries could not control goods of unknown, and this creates
insecurity for consumers. On the positive side, people will
improve self-esteem and confidence for those who feel
empowered by enhancing their appearance. As a result, this
could make the community become more competitive with
many job opportunities and the advance of beauty’s
technologies.
In conclusion, there are some underlying motives behind this
negative tendency and this can cause some serious
repercussions attributable to this problem
