Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb.

Good afternoon for everyone.

His Excellency the principal of Harapan Senior High School,

Distinguished teachers and staff of Harapan Senior High School,

Respected guests and my beloved friends of grade XII.

First of All, let’s say our praise and gratitude to Allah SWT because of His grace and
blessing upon us, we are given the best condition of our health to gather here altogether today,
to attend a farewell ceremony for the students of Harapan Senior High School grade XII in the
academic year 2020–2021. Secondly, may shalawat and salam be upon the Prophet
Muhammad SAW who has guided us from the darkness into the brightness.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Brothers and Sisters.

On this special occasion, please allow me on behalf of the grade XII students to say a few
words in this farewell ceremony.

First, I would like to thank all the committees for all their hard work in making this event
possible. This incident made us realize that we have all reached one of the important
milestones in our lives, namely high school graduation.

After all, during the three years we studied here, we were proud of our teachers. We
would like to thank all our teachers in this school because they have given their best in
teaching us. They are tired and always patiently educating us. Thank you, our beloved
teachers. We always remember your efforts to make us better people. May our teachers
always be blessed by God. May our teachers always be happy and healthy.

To my beloved friends thank you so much for the good memories you gave me behind
and now here we stand. Our journey has just begun. The road that lies ahead may not be easy.
There will be problems and obstacles that we face. There will be times when each of us will
feel like we can't possibly continue. But that doesn't mean we can give up on ourselves. There
will be limitless choices available to us, but we need to find our own path, to build our future.
Wherever we go and whatever we do, hopefully we can achieve our goals and make our
dreams come true and hopefully we can be friends when we meet again.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Brothers and Sisters.

That was all my speech in this farewell event. Thank you very much for your nice
attention.
