Before The Test Day


1. Ensure you have received and can access the test link.
2. The test starts promptly at 10:50 AM. Please put the reminders accordingly
3. Prepare Your Laptop:
• Ensure your laptop is fully charged.
• Choose a stable location with a reliable internet connection from where you will take the test.
• Remember, no movement is permitted once the test begins.
4. Save Important Information:
• Save the Exam helpline number: +91 90711 23425 in your phone.
• Have your application number, email ID, Valid Photo ID and phone number readily available in one text document for
quick reference.

On The Test Day


1. 10:30 AM - Preparation: Sit down with a valid photo ID, a pen, and rough paper for solving exam questions.
2. Check Internet and Equipment:
• Ensure your internet speed (both upload and download) and connectivity are stable.
• Verify the clarity of your laptop's audio and video.
• Set your microphone volume to high, as low volume may result in external sounds cutting off the audio for listening questions.
• Grant access permissions to the Merit Track Test App.
3. Test Environment:
• Take the test from a quiet, disturbance-free place at home.
• Close all other applications and tabs on your browser.
4. Login Credentials: Keep the email or WhatsApp web open for easy access to your login credentials
5. Request you to share a picture of your test setup to your Program Advisor or Counsellor

Before Test
• Click on the test link provided.
• Copy-paste the user ID (do not attempt to type it manually).
• When typing the password, enter your DOB in the format (YY-MM-DD: Year-Month-Day). It's best to select from the drop-down calendar.
• After logging in, grant permissions for Location, Audio, and Video Access to the Test App.
• After granting all permissions, start sharing your screen. You will see three options:
o Chrome Tab
o Window
o Entire Screen
o Select "Entire Screen" to proceed.
• Click on the small window first, then click on the "Share" button.
• Next, click on the "Take Photo" option.
• Note: A comment box will appear with two options - "Stop Sharing" or "Hide". Click on "Hide" to ensure you can easily navigate through the test
options. If you don't hide this box, the next or previous buttons might not be quickly visible.

Test Begins
• Ensure you are in a quiet place with no distractions and people. Instruct you family members, not to make any noise or not to enter in
your room during the test.
• Earphones/Bluetooth are not allowed during test.
• Look into the camera throughout the test.
• Ensure the status circle on the screen is green.
• Attempt all five sections: Verbal, Analytical, Numerical Ability, Written Communication, and Listening Ability.
• No Negative marking, attempt all questions.
• If you get logged out during the test, shut down your system, restart, and log in again. The test will resume from where you left off or
you can try login after 3 mins through the same link
• If the issue persists, contact the helpline number (+91 90711 23425) provided in the email or reach out to your Counselor immediately.
They should coordinate with the concerned person at Merit-Track for assistance and resolution.
• Install Anydesk on the system before the test. It will help support team to connect quickly if any technical issue.
• Before the test, clear the browser history and cache.
• Do not use Google search, avoid chatting, and do not take any calls. Stay focused until you complete the test.
• The test is being proctored, and candidates will receive up to three warnings for any disturbances during the test. Please do not
ignore these warnings. If a candidate continues to cause disturbances after receiving these warnings, they will be debarred from the
test and will not be allowed to retake it.
