    amounts and conditions of the following terms when you inquire about your loan. The client
    does not apply to the credit company for loan within (3) months after the loan has been
    issued,let alone to other registered banks.
    2. The Borrower undertakes to pay 1% of the monthly outstanding installments for more than 7
    days after the due date.Under no circumstances shall the payment of such penalty amounts be
    corrected for any arrears from or in connection with the amount of such penalty due to late
    payment.
    3. If the customers fails to pay for more than 3 months,the Company may take legal action at its
    sole discretion.
    4. To repay the entire loan balance,we must give our company (3) months written notice to repay
    the full loan - the balance of the principal and interest of the first and second years of the loan.
    5. Customer declares that this loan shall not be used for any unethical or purpose or to launder
    money or to facilitate any of the above.Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism
    Loans Act 2001 and/or other laws and regulations,companies may be obliged to report certain
    improper transactions to the National Bank of Malaysia (BNM) or other relevant authorities.
    6. Liability for making such All telephone conversations made between the Company's Personnel
    and the Applicant(s) shall be recorded by the Company for verification purpose.All agreements
    made with the Applicant(s) via telephone shall be considered to be legal and binding on the
    Applicant and shall not be disputed.
