6 Making Comparisons

Typical Questions

Does this remind me of anything I have read/seen/heard/watched before? How are they similar? How
are they different?

I’ve read something like this before and it is entitled “Remember me” by Sophie Kinsella. They are
similar in a way that they cannot distinguish or confused for what is real and what is not. It is similar in a
way that it is related in their psychological aspects.

Different character and different twist in the story. The story I’ve read is about her two identity from
different partner. She was isolated from her old self unlike Nina in the story of Black Swan wherein she is
looking forward, her dreams did come true. The main character in the book I’ve read has this short term
memory lost because of an accident occur during her teen age life that still exist until in the present
times. Nina in Black Swan has this anxiety disorder and developed a substance abuse that is why she is
having this delusions and hallucinations.

Does this remind me of anything in my own life? How did I/would I behave/react in similar
circumstances?
