In case of unstable weather conditions that make it unsuitable to hold the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Amphitheatre, an
announcement will be made through the PA system before 8:10 a.m. In such cases, the ceremony will be conducted through
video broadcast during the Registration Time. Please take note of the following instructions:

Class Teachers and students must arrive at their homerooms before 8:20 a.m., switch on the computer and projector, and
connect to the provided Zoom link. Join the Zoom meeting using the following ID and Passcode. Other teachers and staff can
remain in their workplaces and make necessary preparations.
