Associate Part with Vehicles
The system has the ability to associate a part with
one or more vehicles. The user of the system can easily
check part that goes with a selected vehicle model without
knowing the part number.

management module. One customer can have many
vehicles that will be managed by the system. Following data

Job Cards
The system will print a Job Card for every job
that will start. Job Card contains following information
1. Job Card Number
2. Customer Details
3. Vehicle Number
4. Job Type
5. Current Mileage of Vehicle
6. Job Description
7. Assigned Employees
8. Started Date and Time
9. Finished Date and Time
Add Spare Parts to the Job Card
Depends on the Job, the operator has to add relevant parts need to
Carry out the job. The stores will pick the job card and issue relevant parts
need for the job according to the job card. Following data will be captured
when issue parts.
1. Job Card Number
2. Part Number
3. Quantity
4. Issued Date and Time
5. Issued by – User Name 10
Job Cards
The workshop cannot start a job without printed
And signed job card from the system. This will make
sure that no one can start unauthorized jobs.

The supervisor can view completed/pending job cards for any given time period.

The stocks of parts will be reduced from the system soon after it added and saved
to the job card.

Finalize Job Card


After the job completed, the job card should be taken to the cashier.
The cashier will finalize the job card and convert it to an Invoice or Cash Sale
depends on the customer’s payment mode.

After the customer pay, the system will print a cash sale or invoice with MRA
signature. Also, the system will print a gate pass for customer to take his vehicle
out from the premises. The gate pass should be collected back by the guard
before open the gate to the customer.

Rate Cards
The system allows to manage rate sheets for
each job type. The rates can be hourly, daily or one
lumpsum amount for full job.

When finalizing the job card the cashier is able to add the rate to
the invoice to get the final amount.
