JICA Expert positioned in the Directorate General of Infrastructure Financing (DGIF), Ministry
of Public Works Republic of Indonesia, working under the Japan International Cooperation
Agency (JICA) Indonesia Office, an active development partner of the Government of
Indonesia, is currently looking for qualified and experienced PPP specialist in Water
Resources for the following Program Support Officer position.
The role is under the supervision of JICA Expert, and works for a program delivery partner, of
Directorate General of Infrastructure Financing (DGIF) of the Ministry of Public Works Republic
of Indonesia.

Special Conditions
The initial contract will expire at the end of March 2025, with the possibility of a one-year
extension based on performance.
Qualifications:
1. Possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in Public-Private Partnership
(PPP) Infrastructure Development Projects, either on a local scale within Indonesia or
on a global level. Experience in developing financial schemes for such infrastructure
projects is highly desirable.
2. Skills in the fields of Public Private Partnership (PPP), Civil Engineering
(Dam/Irrigation), Government Procurement, FIDIC Yellow book and Gold Book,
Planning and Scheduling, Program Delivery, and Business Process Reengineering
(BPR) are the criteria for the selection.
3. Holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Irrigation/Water resources
Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business,
Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
4. A PPP-related faculty graduate or an APMG PPP Professional certificate is a
significant advantage.
