    FOR REGULAR BAIL.

    MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

    1. That the applicant/ accused is the law abiding citizen of India


    and has not committed any offence whatsoever as
    mentioned
    2. That the applicant/accused has been falsely implicated in the
    above noted case by the police of P.S. VASANT KUNJ NORTH
    in collusion of the complainant.
    3. That the applicant/accused has clear antecedents in the
    society amongst his friends, relatives as the accused belongs
    to respected family.
    4. That no purpose would be served to send the
    accused/applicant behind the bar as accused applicant is
    innocent having no concerned with the allegations as alleged
    in said FIR.
    5. That there is no apprehension to abscond and from jumping
    the bail and also having no apprehension to temper the
    prosecution evidences.
    6. That the applicant/accused undertakes to produce surety to
    the satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.
    7. That the applicant/accused will appear on each and every
    date in future.

    PRAYER

    It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may


    kindly be pleased to release the applicant/accused on regular bail
    till the final disposal of the case, under the facts and
    circumstances. In the interest of justice.
