一、Course Introduction
1-on-1 Speaking Classes is a personalized online education service provided to high-quality
teachers and KOL anchors, allowing them to customize course content, schedule, pricing,
teaching, and conduct live streaming or voice chat sales through the HelloTalk platform.
Below are several key steps and considerations when conducting business:
1. Course Creation: You can personally design and develop the course, including
course name, duration, price, teaching content, courseware, and class schedule.
2. Fee Withdrawal: After successfully selling a course, you can apply for withdrawal
from the 1st to the 8th of the following month. Additionally, we will charge a 20%
platform fee. By the end of each month, we will transfer your course fees
withdrawn for the month to your PayPal or Payoneer account.
For example, if you set the price of a class at $10, we will take a 20% platform fee, so
you will receive $8 for the class.
3. Course Promotion: Ensure your courses are listed and promote them through live
streaming or voice chat rooms. The "shopping bag" icon will be displayed in live
streaming rooms and voice chat rooms, allowing viewers to browse and purchase
your courses.
4. Exiting Teaching: If you decide to stop teaching on HelloTalk due to personal
reasons, complete all courses for paid but unexpired students, delist the
corresponding courses, and inform customer service of the cessation of teaching.
二、Teaching Standards
Before joining the course service, please note the following. Failure to comply may
result in the closure of your teaching privileges and account:

description. If customer service receives two negative reviews from students, you will
be required to delist the corresponding course. Severe violations may result in the
closure of teaching privileges.
1. If the class time is greater than the time you set for canceling, the student can click the cancel button
to cancel the course;
2. If the class time is less than the time you set for canceling, you can contact me to cancel the course;
(Required during business hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 18:30 pm Beijing time)
3. Less than 1 hour before the start time, at this time the system has been locked, and it is impossible to
modify the course or cancel the course for the student; Please do not enter the classroom, so the
system will automatically return the lesson time to the student;"

can build trust with potential customers. Then, at the right moment, promote your paid
course, highlighting its structure and depth.
3.You can create group chats and invite some users to join. Regularly share learning
materials to establish a learning atmosphere, and then promote your paid courses when the
timing is right.
4.Regularly launch limited-time discount promotions. When your course has a promotional
