Certificate of Right of Way upon receipt of Compensation for 400KV Transmission Towers and Transmission Lines for connectivity

with Power Grid Corporation Limited Inter State Grid for and on behalf of Sterlite Energy Limited (SEL)
(1) That I/We Sri/Smt _______, S/o or W/o ___________, aged about ______________ years, permanent resident of _______, village ________________, P.S. _____________, Dist _________ and residing at present at ___________ village, PS_____ Dist_______. (2) That I/We am/are the sole/joint lawful owner of land/Premises vide Khata No_________, Plot No _________, of village _______, for barren land land admeasuring __________ (decimals)(herein after referred to as the Scheduled land) and I am fully competent / authorised to issue this Certificate. (3) That I/We hereby accord my/our consent as required under applicable laws for laying for Transmission Towers and lines for Transmission of Electricity by SEL. (4) For carrying out works, laying down or placing any transmission towers electric supply wires or other works , through or against, any building on the scheduled land, or on, over or under the Scheduled land whereon, whereover or whereunder any electric supply line or works is required to be lawfully carried out; and (5) For firing any support of overhead wire or any stay or strut required for the purpose of securing in positions any support of an overhead line on the scheduled land or any building standing on the Scheduled land. (6) To undertake maintenance / repairs of such transmission towers and transmission lines as may be required from time to time. (7) That I/We have and will have no objection to the works carried out on the Scheduled land or building thereon or any support of any overhead line, stay or strut fixed thereon. (8) That any transferee of the Scheduled land, in the event of transfer of interest of the Scheduled land shall have the same obligation as has been conferred upon myself/ ourself by virtue of this affidavit. In the event of such transfer, I/We shall have the obligation to intimate the transferee of this document. (9) That there will be no damage to crops or any other damage to the scheduled land/building on the scheduled land arising out of this work. (10) That in consideration of this Consent, I have received Demand Draft / Banker s Cheque no ..dated .For Rs ..drawn on ..Bank in my favour and hereby and authorize Sterlite Energy Limited or its nominees to undertake the work as above on my land.

(11) That for any dispute arising out of this consent/right of way over the Scheduled land, I/We undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the developer or executor of the work. (12) That the contents of this document have been read over and explained to me/us in my/our vernacular language and after fully understanding the contents hereof, I/we have executed this document.
