ENTRANCE OF THE CELEBRANT

Good evening, everyone, I am Dot Mojica and I will be your host for this evening.
Tonight is a celebration of both the years and the life of Tatay Rex.
Being as dedicated to his family, his calling and to church, our celebrant deserves this night
to celebrate his special day with people who matter to him. All of us gathered here have
been a part of Pastor/ Tatay Rex’s life- one way or another. Kung baga, memory lane ang
theme natin tonight as we reminisce the good 60 years Tatay has shared with us.
Tonight is all about you, Tatay Rex (Ngayong gabi din po ay sinicelebrate natin ang pagsali
niyo sa isang club.. 20 % discount at may express lanes sa mga grocery stores, drugstores.
Dagdagan natin ang inyong citizenship. Hindi nalang po kayo Filipino Citizen pati na po…)
Madami pa pong naka-prepare na surprises para sa inyo. Mga talagang pinag-isipan. May
games, may raffle na ang balita ko may mga pangkabuhayan showcase, meron pang nag-
pledge ng 5000. Because tonight Tatay, we celebrate you.

OPENING PRAYER
To formally start our celebration, I would like to call on __________________ to lead us

in the opening prayer.

At this point, tatawagin ko naman po ang panganay na anak ni Tatay, ang aking asawa,
Duane Mojica to welcome us to tonight’s events and to give a toast to our celebrant,
baka po gusto na din niyang ishare ang kanilang motibong magkakapatid sa paghanda ng
surprise na ito at ano ang message niya para sa kanyang tatay.

At dahil nagtoast and speech ang kanilang Daddy, hindi papahuli naman ang mga apo ni Tatay
Rex na sila Gela, Ethan, Iya and Yana para bumati at kantahan ang kanilang Tatay Lolo. Ayaw
niya magpatawag ng lolo pero alam ko how he enjoys his “APOS”tolic duties. 😊

PRAYER BEFORE DINNER
For now, we proceed to one of the most important parts of this celebration: enjoying each
other’s company over good food prepared for us by Royal Touch Catering Services-
DINNER. And so, to lead us in the prayer before meals, I would like to call on stage,

Before we proceed to the buffet tables at para may kaayusan ang ating gagawin, table
numbers will be called, akyat sa stage for photo ops then derecho na po sa buffet table.

DINNER PROPER AND PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE CELEBRANT
While eating po, para ganahan tayo lalo kumain. May pinrepare na special number and
mga anak ni Tatay. Pinaghandaan talaga nila ito at ilang araw rin pinractice. Baka may
message rin kayo para kay Tatay.

Since tonight is all about you Tatay, your family and friends prepared a little something for you.
Hindi man nila araw-araw nasasabi sa’yo kung gaano ka nila na-aappreciate, now that it is your
birthday, they have the opportunity to let you know how they feel about you being their
uncle, their pastor, their friend.

As in every birthday celebration, we have the blowing of the candles. May I request Tatay and the
family to join him onstage as we sing him a happy birthday.

Hindi po makakalampas ang gabing ito na wala tayong naririnig from the celebrant himself. I
would like to call our celebrant, Tatay Rex, for a few words.

Thank you, Tatay!
Before this program ends, as promised! May raffle tayo para sa lahat ng mga natira at tinapos ang
program na ito. Hehehe. Sa ilalim ng mga upuan Ninyo, may makikita kayong picture ng tatay.
May 6 na picture diyan na nakatago sa inyong mga upuan. Pumunta dito sa harap ang lahat ng
nakakuha ng mga pcictures na ito.

Sana nag-enjoy kayong lahat sa gabing ito. Before this program ends, gusto ko lang din
mag-share ng appreciation sa tatay. Totong napaka-wise ng Lord at alam niya kung ano
ang kakulangan ko pa kaya may mga binibigay siyang mga tao para maturuan at maging
example ko sa buhay.

3. Growing old is a normal, natural part of life in this world. Growing old is God’s favor.
Sakit at mga nagyayari sa paligid, mahirap ng makaabot ng average age sa panahon
ngayon. Kaya talagang there is honor in the aging process, growing old is
NORMALLY accompanied by increased wisdom and experience. Sabi nga sa
Proverbs 16:31, “Gray hair is a crown of splendor; it is attained by a righteous life.”.
And as we grow older, there is a word of comfort in Isaiah 46:4 that says “Even to
your old age and gray hairs, I am He. I am He who will sustain you. I have made you,
and I will carry you; I will sustain you, and I will rescue you.” We pray Tay that we got
to have more years with you. Filled with happiness, joy and love coming from the
Lord through your families and friends.
Again, happy birthday Tatay! Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng pumunta at ingat po sa
pag-uwi!
