GREENGUN®-85 P PLUS

II I
Product Data 06/09: 5514

Description: High-Alumina, Phosphate-Bonded, Gunning Plastic

Features: • Unique high-alumina, phosphate-bonded, plastic gunning product.
• Excellent resistance to thermal shock from rapid heating or cooling furnace conditions.
• High density and high strength to resist mechanical abuse.
• Low porosity and excellent resistance to abrasion loss.
• Dramatically lowers furnace downtime because it can be pneumatically gunned and requires no cure time.
• Can be installed hot or cold.
Uses: • Fluid bed combustor cyclones and furnaces.
• Rotary kiln feed and discharge hoods.
• Aluminum furnace sidewalls, ramps, and door jambs.
• Boilers, high temperature dryers, and iron torpedo ladle spouts.
• Steel mill maintenance linings, incinerator linings, high temperature calciner linings, and furnace discharge areas.
