disciplinary, grievance, dismissal) including compliance to employment regulation and labour law.
Benchmarking for all unique roles as per industry analysis, Conceptualized and implemented Pay-bands within the
organization as per the pay matrix, goal setting, performance review, remuneration review. Develops and
executes learning strategies, designs & delivers training programs, assesses development needs. Also, payroll
processing, data input, tax calculation, employee life/accident, medical insurance policies.
Conduct Employee Onboarding Induction, Business Town Hall and Business Communication. Established Business
Partnership between Business Strategy, People Values Individuals goals. Implementing reward and recognition to
increase bottom-line results along with curbing attrition.
Prepare, analyze, and share HR dashboards, Newsletter monthly reports with the HC HR team & introduced &
implemented HRIS Software like Canva, Workday, SAP, ADP Payroll, etc.
