INTRODUCTION.
COMPANY BACKGROUND.
Phantom Pact limited is a Zambian owned company that was incorporated
in the year 2011 under the register of companies act and other relevant
statutory bodies. Our main areas of business are general supplies,
procurement consultancy, steel fabrications and wiring. We are poised for
positive growth in the supplying of services and providing of materials
sectors as we are ardent on the creating and maintaining networking
within the industries and the national at large. The company is aggressive
in the four main areas of business that is supply of business materials and
all general supply of goods and services. The company has well
experience directors to drive the business into higher heights and achieve
in the area mentioned above.

MISSION STATEMENT.
Our mission is to deliver a high quality product and services on time at
competitive prices in the market while ensuring good quality and time.

OUR VISION.
To create and maintain good high quality services in terms of supplying
materials and electrical works.

OUR VALUE.
Ensure an effective and sufficient supply of services to our clients without
any delay so as to maintain the standards.

OBJECTIVE
The business main objective is to supply all types of items, materials to
different companies and organisations.

ACTIVITIES.
The business sources all materials that are needed to be supplied and
services to all our clients as when tender has been granted.
KEY ISSUES.
The company shall work with a view to supply and create employment to
the youths and ordinary Zambia. It is at this well-intended to contribute to
the economic growth.

MARKETING STRATEGY.
The company has seen the potential of the following business of supplying
goods and services. Phantom pact Limited wants to be the first company
to different its services and goods. The company wants to off load its
investment in our emerging market whilst others are still studying its
potential.
The company’s main target shall be the following prospective customers:

At the moment, competition is high as this is relatively new company
coming on board. We have identified for most our products and the
opportunity for our business to succeed in the marketing of our products,
that’s the reason for us to be trendsetters. We shall seize every
opportunity that comes along with the market demand and supply
materials in order to define our potential and the relevant position. The
company shall squeeze every opportunity to stay afloat and use demand
and supply information to tackle problems and risks.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
We provide our client with flexible and effective range of products and
services which include, supply of goods and services. Since we are in the
service mentioned above of supply goods and services, the customer will
give specifications of works to be done and the materials needed. The
company will always supply materials requested by the entity quality or
individuals buying or the purchasing departments. Sometime the
company will take samples to the customer to check, size, quality and any
technological advancement.
In the installation category, our services are mostly tailored made,
arranged according to customer needs and expectations. The general
supplies category is as per customer specification.
We are able to supply all the materials that are required, we have well
qualified personnel in construction, electrical fittings, Steel fabrication, Car
Dealing and all works that are going to be handled, delivered the right
goods to the your door step. We have supplied different types of goods
and services such as:

Printing and Designing.
Protective Clothing (PPE)
Supply and installation of compressors and accessories with Brand Lubrication Management
Services

Maintenance services Plumbing i.e. Piping and
Fabrications.
