INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT
Dear Nishtha Khosla,
With reference to the interview you attended, we are pleased to offer you the position as
“Live Project - Intern,” with VeePhoenix Compliance Pvt. Ltd.
1. As discussed, this offer will be subject to the following terms & conditions.
Your Fixed remuneration During Regular Internship shall be INR. 15,000 Per Month.
This offer holds good as per the requirements defined in Addendum. You are
requested to go through Annexure-C and sign accordingly.
You will also be rewarded with Incentives at the discretion of the Leadership Team. Stipend
will be disbursed to you as per the prevailing rules and guidelines of VeePhoenix
Compliance Pvt. Ltd.
Your stipend is confidential between you and the company, and you are requested to
maintain confidentiality
Please refer Annexure B for remuneration & Tax deduction details.
2. Deductions: TDS under section 194J shall be deducted on monthly remuneration, the rate
of TDS deduction may change as per Income Tax notification.
3. Leave Policy: You shall be entitled to have 1.5 day leaves per month.
4. Timings: During Regular Internship: 8:00 AM to 5PM CST
5. This is a Virtual Internship beginning from 17th of October 2024 to 18th of April 2025.
During this period, you shall Work from Home.

6. We have a “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) Policy, you shall use your own laptop during
the period of your service.
7. You will be requested to submit the documents attached in Annexure-A in Google form
and sign Nondisclosure, Non-Compete, HIPAA Confidentiality Agreements as a part of
joining formalities.
8. This offer is subject to your joining us on or before 17th October 2024.
At any time of the period if the intern is still found to be consistently lacking in performance
or misconduct, their internship may be subject to termination without any notice.
9. The Intern agrees not to engage in any conduct or make any statements, whether oral,
written, or otherwise, that disparage or could reasonably be expected to disparage the
Company, its officers, directors, employees, products, services, business practices, or
reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, statements made in interviews, social media,
public forums, or any other medium.
10. Notice Period: At any point during the Live Project period, if the intern is willing to leave
the organization, a 30 days’ notice period is to be served with proper knowledge transfer to
team and ensuring smooth business operations.
11. Jurisdiction: Any action arising out of or pertaining to this agreement shall be initiated
and maintained in a court of competent jurisdiction at the Court of Karnataka at Mysore.

Addendum
The first 2 months shall be considered as observatory & Evaluation period.
During this period the intern should demonstrate the skills towards American cultural
affinity, communication abilities & capable of multitasking roles along with innovation
& creativity.
After successful completion of evaluation period, the leadership team will propose for
the extension of internship period for another 4 months.
If the Intern performance meet or exceed expectations during the internship period,
and if a suitable full-time position is available the Management will consider offering
full time job role in the organization.
Failing to meet these expectations within the first two months, your internship will be
terminated following a feedback call, which will be conducted 15 days prior to the
termination date.
