DOWNLOAD MYSQL
WORKBENCH

First will install MYSQL Workbench.

• Go to : https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/
• You will get redirected to below webpage.

• Select the Operating System from the drop down.
• Then click on Download

• Click on No thanks, just start my downloads.

• Next will download MY SQL installer community.
• Go to https://www.mysql.com/downloads/
• You will redirected to below webpage.
• Now click on DOWNLOADS.

• You will get redirected into below page.
• Scroll down.

• At the bottom you will get MYSQL Community (GPL) Downloads.
• Click on it.

• Now click on MySQL Installer For Windows.

• Select the Operating System from drop down.
• Click on Download.

INSTALLATION

• Go to file explorer.
• Double click on the workbench downloaded file

• Click on the Next.

• Click on Next.

• Choose Custom and Click on Next.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Choose MYSQL Workbench Core.
• Click on Next.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Click on Install.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
It will start Installing.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Click on Finish once Installed successfully.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Now will Install MYSQL Community.
• Go to File Explorer and Double click on MYSQL Community Setup.

• Click on Next.

• Once Installed you will be redirected to MYSQL Installer page.

• Here you can see


MYSQL Workbench.

• Now click on Add.

• Now we need to select the product that we need.

• Expand MYSQL Server.

• Now expand MYSQL Server 8.0.

• Choose the latest one.

• For me its MySQL Server


8.0.23 –X64.

• And then click on the


Arrow.

• It will move the selected one to the right pane.

• Its done for MYSQL Server.

• Now expand the MySQL Connectors.
• Expand Connector/OBDC 8.0.

• Choose the first connector and click on the arrow.

• Ok so as of now we just require these two.

• Now click on Next.

• Click on Next.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Click on Yes.

• Now we have both the product listed.
• Click on Execute to start Downloading.

• Now wait for few minutes till it get downloaded.

• Its downloaded now.
• Now click on Next.

• Now it is ready to Install.
• Click on Execute.

• Both of them are Installed successfully.
• Now click on Next.

• Click on Finish.

• Now you will automatically redirect into Installer home page.
• Click on reconfigure.

• Click on Next.

• Click on Next.

• Now we require password for database connection.
• Note: Already Its my installed so its asking to enter password .For
yours it will ask to enter password and confirm the password.
• Makesure to keep the password saved somewhere. It will be used for
database connection.
• Click on Next.

• Here you see your MYSQL Server Name.
• Now click on Next.

• Click on Finish.

• Now Search Workbench in Start Menu.
• Open it.

• This is the Workbench Home Page.

• Click on Database.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• Click on Connect to Database.

@AnalyticsWithAnand
• I already have a connection so it will redirect me to workspace.
• It will ask for password for you. Enter the password which we saved
earlier.
• User name : Root.

• Welcome to Workbench Workspace.
