One is gradient descent which iterative optimization algorithm which is used to reduce the cost by adjust parameter vector that is theta
.And also it prevents overfitting. It's is efficient in large datasets. Another one is normal equation which directly computes the optimal
parameters without iterative optimization. It is efficient in small data sets. I have got the predictive model which calculates the price of
the house based on its features.
