    How to Pay for Your College Application Fee

    UE SHS students are exempted from paying for the Application Fee.

    Option 1: PNB over-the-counter (through a parent or adult guardian)


    1. At PNB, fill out a Bills Payment slip with University of the East as the Company Name, your eleven-digit account number (20939121718MF) as
    your Reference Number, and your full name (or the student’s name) as the Payer Name.
    2. Proceed to the teller to process the payment and be sure to receive the blue duplicate.
    3. Scan or take a picture of the duplicate, with the bank validation print visible.
    4. Login to UE Online Admission (?

    Option 2: GCash
    1. After logging in to your GCash account, select Pay Bills, then select School, then click on UE.
    2. Input your eleven-digit account number (20939121718) as the Account Number.
    3. Input the amount to be paid, then click on Next and Confirm.
    4. Take a screenshot of your successful GCash transaction.
    5. Login to UE Online Admission (?

    1. Log in to your BancNet Online Banking account.
    2. Select Pay Bills or Bills Payment as the transaction, drop down the list of Billers and select University of the East or UE on the list.
    3. Input your eleven-digit account number (20939121718) as the Account Number.
    4. Input the amount to be paid, then click on Next or Proceed to confirm.
    5. Take a screenshot of your successful Bancnet transaction
    6. Login to UE Online Admission (?
