JD Product Manager, Tenneo

Position Overview:
We at Tenneo are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager with a deep
understanding of LMS and AI integration. The ideal candidate will drive the development and
management of our core LMS product, ensuring it meets market demands and exceeds
customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business
objectives.
• Conduct thorough customer research using both primary and secondary methodologies to
inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric
products.
• Align all stakeholders on the product vision and ensure seamless communication and
collaboration across teams.
• Drive product marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing team to enhance
market perception and product adoption.
• Oversee sales training to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to represent product
features effectively.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market
relevance.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and maintain a strong pulse on customer needs
and market trends.

Tools and Software Proficiency:


• Azure DevOps/ Jira
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint/ Canva
• Figma

Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working on LMS products with a focus on AI integration.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile
environment.
