ACHIEVEMENT: Successfully Carried-out UTM/Corrosion monitoring of wellhead flow lines, choke
valves and wellhead manifolds of over 90 oil/gas producing and water injection wells and discovered internal corrosion by external UTM on a high sand producer flow line and choke valves. Affected choke valves and eroded section of flow line were replaced, thereby preventing leaks and spill. Yearly inspection program accomplished within the specified timeframe. Successfully performing intrusive inspection of over 20 vessels in shutdown 2.10 and repair of MIC (microbiologically induced corrosion) affected LLP separator.
