    I. Application Scope and Features
    TFPX series rotary distributor can adjust and set the position of the pipe so that the
    materials can flow into the target bins freely. As a far-distance one-multi point control
    equipment, it is widely applied in the raw materials warehouses and the feed factories.
    TFPX series rotary distributor features compact structure, high accuracy, fast feeding and
    discharging speed, high reliability and automatic removal of the dust inside and easy
    operation and maintenance. It is the most satisfactory supplement of the screw distributor
    and the best equipment in the feed and flour companies, etc.

    III. Major Structure and Working Principle


    i. Major Structure
    TFPX series rotary distributor consists of inlet, outlet, upper cone, main shaft,
    distribution disc, cover of limit switch, reducing motor, bottom frame as shown in pic.1

    ii. Working Principle
    When the raw materials arrive at the distributor, push the key of the required bin. The
    reducing motor will then drive the rotary pipe to run through the main shaft. Once it is set
    upon the required bin push the limit switch and start feeding when the rotary pipe is
    precisely positioned. Repeat the above procedure in need of replacing bin.

    V. Installation and Commissioning


    i. Installation and Commissioning
    1. For safety concern, support it firmly with bracket or hanging frame so as not to exert
    weight of the equipment on the pipes.
    2. Keep the cover and top of the equipment horizontally.
    3. All metal cores should be connected to earth or zero line. Refer to pic. 2 for the

    electrical circuit.
    4. Connect the flexible pipe as long as 200mm with feeing pipes.

    ii. Commissioning
    1. Run the equipment with idle load to see whether the discharge pipe is precisely
    positioned. If not, adjust the position of the limit switch.
    2. Check the number of the bin with that of the controller. Adjust on time in case of any
    difference.

    V. Usage Condition, Operation and Safety Regulation


    i. Use Condition
    1. It should match with the surrounding equipment in technology.
    2. There should be ample room for installation and maintenance.
    ii. Operation Regulation
    1. Plug in the electrical control box, press the reset button, switch on the automatic
    switch Q, then, the power pilot H turns on and the voltage displayed as 220V.
    2. Press the button of the required bin such as 2SA, then the motor will drive the
    spiral pipe to rotate. Once it is aimed at the certain bin such as #2, the motor will
    stop automatically and the spiral pipe will be locked. Then the pilot H2 turns on.
    Start feeding. It is only necessary to push down the button of the certain bin and
    repeat the above procedure.
    3. It is equipped with automatic cleaning device. If there is dust inside the device,
    press down another button to make the major spiral pipe rotate twice so that the
    dust will be removed.
    4. This distributor is only one-way rotation. It is prohibited to change the bin during
    material feeding except when the equipment has been stopped.

    V. Trouble Shooting
    i. The rotary pipe is not precisely positioned.
    1. The limit switch has been shifted. Adjust its position.
    2. The limit switch has been broken. Change the switch.
    ii. It violates strongly.
    1. Open the operation hole and remove the impurities.
    2. The roller wheel has been worn out. Replace it.

    VI. Maintenance, Operation


    i. Check every part and repair the damage on time.
    ii. Check the equipment once a season and overhaul it once a year.
    iii. Lubricate the reducer timely.

    IX. Safety Warning
