ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ex Inspection & repair supervision for E&I Equipment’s as per IEC standards.

 Accountable for ensuring that the contract specifications, international codes and
regulatory compliance requirements are met.
 Supervision of repair activities for rectification of comments during Ex inspection.
 Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan, Project HSE Plan and Execution
Strategy relating to the projects assigned.
 Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports along with Ex Register as per the approved
format
 Well-versed with Ex software usage, synchronization and data transfer.
 Carry out any additional activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
 Prepare execution methodology, execution schedule.
 Assign work to the charge-hands and technicians.
 Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment's (For Tie-in jobs).
 Installation of E&I system, trouble shooting.

When defective materials, equipment, or workmanship are found, immediate action to
be taken to correct them, & to report the corrective action to the Project/Site Manager.
 Conduct all required tests in accordance with contract documents and to prepare fill in
& sign all reports & forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality
Standards
 Preparation of ITP & QCP.
 Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials & reviewing the material certificates.
 Preparing for the inspection & material traceability certificates &updates the records.
  Planning / organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to meet the
deadlines/target dates & implementing QA/QC plans.
 Obtain any necessary approval for changing as appropriate procedure & for reforming
requiring special procedures.
 Identifying & issuing of non-conformity as observed during working.
 HVAC system installations (Electrical parts).
 Coordinate quality control & represent matters with the client.
 Planning work execution as per work vender specifications / requirements & work
