Warm Greetings. My Solar Roof Top Plant registration details are as follows
Application On 14.02.2024
Feasibility Approval On 26.03.2024
Work Completed on 4 Month 2024
Work Completion Accepted By TNEB on 14.05.2024
Bi Direction Meter Installed on June 2024
After Acceptance 5 Month Delay for Inspection Due to
1. AE Medical Leave
2. Over Work Load of Deputation AE
3. Weekly One Day Visit by Deputation AE to Muthur Office
In my house, Bi Direction Meter Installed. But not updated in TNEB Computer System.
Because of this, a problem happen for August 2024 Bill Generation.
Billing System not accepts Old meter reading because of New Meter installed.
Billing System not accepts New meter reading because of New Meter details are
not Inspected and updated.
After discussion with CE office, Coimbatore, My bill was generated with
amount of Rs.3773.
I paid Rs. 3777 after getting following assurance from our office.
o Request me to pay bill of August 2024 otherwise disciplinary actions by
CE office may be taken against some officials.
o In Next bill, Solar Plant current generation is considered.
o No need to Pay in Next EB Bill like normal bill.
o Inspection work will be completed very soon.
Bi direction Meter Installed on 15.10.2024
Inspection completed on 15.10.2024
Inspection Report Return to TNEB on 25.10.2024
Reason for Return : Name and Designation of Discom Nodal Person approving
the inspection report is Blank
Meanwhile,
1. My New EB Bill was generated without consideration of Solar Plant Power
Generation.
2. October 2024 Bill Amount is Rs. 2777.
3. Pass 8 Month, I am doing this work and Wait for Completion.
4. More than 15 times, I visited our office.
5. More than 50 times, I called to Mobile Number : 9445852105. But always
busy. May be my number is in call block list.
6. I am waiting for favourable reply from TNEB.
7. If it is not possible due to any reason then
“To Whom I have to complaint?”
For rectifying my problems.
