4 Chipping of existing damaged Sand Cement Plaster in any floor taking all safety
precausing as laid down in the NIT, area to be identified for removal by tapping all its
areas and its boundary marked with colour marker as approved by E-I-C.with help of
chisel and hammer to completly expose the parent masonry or concrete surface with
damaging any part of the parent surface incl. disposal of soils within 75m. as per
direction of E-I-C.

8 Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. taking
all safety precaution as laid in the NIT with standard power driven percussion type /
pneumatic /manully by chisel and hammer as per site condition and as directed by E-I-C.
in prominantly marked areas. Boundaries of repairs should be 100 mm from spall areas
on either side to produce clean and sound conctrete surface to a near uniform depth
including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc. complete and
disposal of spoils upto 75m. and all lifts as per direction of E-I-C.

17 Providing and inserting mild steel 12mm dia. shear key bars of required length and
diameter in reinforced/ plain concrete as per drawing and instruction of E-I-C including
power drilling holes of appropriate diameter to a minimum depth of equal to 12 times of
diameter of shear key, cleaning drill holes of lose dusts by blowing, insertion of epoxy
from cartidge, placing the shear key bar in position and allowing it to stay undisturb for
24 hours (rate shall include cost of labour, all materials, T & P for power drilling in
concrete, epoxy cartidges, plastic nozzles etc. complete incl. cleaning the drill holes and
loss dusts by blowing air).
7 Dismantling and chipping of terrazo flooring with upto 50mm or as built with safety
precaution as laid in the NIT and using only power driven/ hand tools and chiesel and
light hammer specially in suspended floor without causing any vibration and damage to
base structure including removing spoils within 75m. as per direction of E-I-C.

2 Carefully taking out and uprooting all vegetations from the building will all precaution as
laid down in NIT and with minimum intervension in the structure as per clear instruction
of E-I-C including scraping off accumulated moss and removing the spoil within 75m as
per direction of E-I-C.

= 2 x ( 15.325 + 48.255) x 1.4 = 178.024 M² on building surface.
Peripheral Area of 1st floor upto seal level from 1st floor level (0.9m)
= 2 x ( 15.325 + 48.255) x 0.9 = 114.44 M² on building surface.
Peripheral Area of 2nd floor upto seal level from 2nd floor level (0.9m)

with specified average thickness all-roud existing core of RCC member. Rates shall be
for finished surface area of concrete and shall incl. the cost of making holes in existing
RCC slab, if required, for pouring concrete in shuttering mould of jacket and appropriate
approved super-plasiticer for rendering concrete as flowable, self compacting but shall
exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, shear keys, centering and shuttering, strutting,
propping etc.
