66 Injecting shrinkage compensating anti-creep cementitious grout admix with

Intraplast EP / Permagrout 500 or equivalent material weighing 500 gm properly mix with
50kg of cement by suitable gun and pump with specified pressure into prefixed grouting
port into cracks/honey-comb/other structurally weak/porous areas of concrete/masonry
incl. sealing and cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per specification, drawing
and direction of E-I-C.

(A) Material Component :

Cement : 1 kg @ Rs.8.04 per kg = Rs. 8.04
Cost of Intraplast EP : 0.1 kg @ Rs.250.00 per kg. = Rs.25.00
Rs.33.04
(B) Labour Component :
Considering 20 nos. of grout points
Skilled Labour : 1.0 no. @ Rs.400 per day =Rs.400.00
Unskilled Labour : 1.0 no. @ Rs.300 per day = Rs.300.00
Rs.700.00
Therefore, Cost per nozzle = Rs.700.00/20 nos. =Rs.35.00
Assuming 5.0 kg. Per nozzle
Cost per kg. = 35.00/5.0 = Rs.7.00
Adding (A + B) = Rs. (33.04 + 7.00) = Rs.40.04
Total : 40.04
Add :Water charges @ 1% 0.40
Add :Tools & Plants @ 5% 2.00
42.44
Add : Profit @ 10% 4.24

TOTAL : 46.69
Therefore, Rate per kg. Rs. 47.00
