Rationale:
The Department of Education , Cubay Elementary School Contingency Plan is crucial for
maintaining safe and functional educational facilities, ensuring a conducive learning
environment, and optimizing the allocation of resources for the benefit of learners, teaching,
teaching-related, and non-teaching personnel to ensure readiness of schools in disaster
mitigation and risk reduction during calamities.
Objectives:
This School-level Write shop in the enhancement of existing contingency plan is
conducted to systematically identify and address maintenance needs in educational facilities
across DepEd SDO La Carlota City public schools, ensuring safety, functionality, and cost-
efficiency, while adhering to a predetermined budget, over the next school and/or fiscal year/s.
The target output of this school-level write shop are Contingency and Action Plans of
Cubay Elementary School of SDO La Carlota City.
