SELF INTRODUCTION
Good Morning
It a pleasure to introduce myself . I’m Harish from 3rd year mechatronics . I did
my schooling in GAMHSS school . Currently persuing my education at Chennai
Institute Of Technology. I have completed few courses on Coursera such as
CAD,IOT and Intelligent Maching. And I complete my Automobile Engineering
courses in Nptel. I have done my internship Role on Production Management
and quality checking in motherson. In that there are 3 division Telecom,
Domestic, Export . I have been joined as an Telecom divison. I learned how the
injection Moulding machines are work. In that there are three types Electric,
Hydralic, Hybrid. And I learn basic level program of 6 axis robo arm. I get more
exposure on Pin and grommet machine. Which is used to place pin and
grommet one on the another with the help of LVDT . and the camera which is
used to capture the image wheather the pin and grommet is properly placed
are not. My role is monitor the machine Because during the process it get
stuck and I Have to identify and rectify the problem. And I learn The AGV
Vehicle which is used to transfer the finished product from one place to
another with the magnectic strip which was placed under the floor. Finally me
and one of my frd have done project to the Company called Autonomous
Grinding Machine. Coming to my project I have done 2 project one is
Autonomous Water Heater and another is RoboDog. RoboDog is an basic
model of movable pet animal which compress of Ultrasonic Sensor, Aurdino
Board, and Servo Motor. My skill sets are intermediate level of catia, c program
and basic level of Python program. My hobby is to read books listening to
music. My short term goal is to Equip myself with the latest technology and my
long term goal is to provided a solution to the company as well as to the
society with my gained experience. This is all about my brief introduction if you
