UN CELEBRATION 2024: CULTIVATING A CULTURE OF PEACE MASTER OF

CEREMONY SCRIPT

1. INTRO

Host 1: Good afternoon! The program will start any minute. Please proceed to our open stage,
students, parents, and guests.

Host 2: Again, the Program will start any minute. Please take your seats and pay attention.
Thank you.

BOTH: Good afternoon to each and everyone!

Host 2: Magandang hapon sa inyong lahat!

Host 1: Naimbag nga malem kadatayo amin!

Host 2: Maphod an ogkhow ay chita'un omin!

Host 1: Today, we are all gathered here to embark on a new journey of learning and growth.

Host 2: Now, let's check the attendance. As we call your Grade Level, please give your biggest
round of applause.

Host 1: May we start with the Motivated Grade 7 students. Nasaan kayo?

Host 2: Thankyou Grade 7. How about the Brave Grade 8 students.

Host 1: Nasaan naman ang mga matatapang na Grade 9 students?

Host 2: Magpapatalo ba ang mga magagaling na Grade 10 students?

Host 1: At syempre hindi magpapahuli ang mga determinadong estudyante ng Senior High
School.

Host 2: Mukhang ready na talaga ang lahat partner.

Host 1: Kaya nga partner!

Host 2: Ladies and Gentlemen

II. DOXOLOGY

Host 1: Before we begin, let us have a moment of prayer with a doxology to be led by the
selected students of Grade 10, followed by the singing of our National Anthem to be conducted
by ____________. Please stand.

1. NATIONAL ANTHEM

Host 1: Kindly remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

WELCOME REMARKS

Host 2: A heartfelt words of welcome creates a sense of connection and makes you feel like
you are part of something special. To formally welcome and start our program, here with us
today with his presence, the YHC President, Mr. Karl Joshua Sebastian. Let's give him a round
of applause.

Host 2: Thank You Sir for those kind words, indeed a very encouraging and motivational one.
Before we move on to our next segment, let's enjoy a performance from a Grade 7 Masipag,
Ms. Aliyah Salva. A round of applause, please.

Host 1: Thank you so much Aliyah. What a wonderful performance, right partner?

Host 2: Indeed, partner. All I want right now is to bring her home with me.

Host 1: At this juncture, may we call on ma’am Marichel H. Nepales to introduce our esteemed
guest Speaker.

Introduction of the Guest Speaker: Marichel H. Nepales

Host 1: Thank you, Ma'am, for your powerful message. Your words have truly inspired us to
think about how we can all contribute to a more peaceful world.

Host 1: How about the Grade 8 students andiyan pa ba?

Host 2: Andiyan pa ba ang mga Grade 9 students?

Host 2: At syempre ang mga Senior High School students

Host 1: Before we move on to our next segment, let's enjoy a performance from Grade 8
selected students. A round of applause, please.

Host 2: Thank you so much Grade 8 students.

Host 2: Now, get ready for a vibrant and colorful parade of costumes! Our students have put
so much creativity and effort into representing the diverse cultures and traditions of our world.

Host 1: But before that we will introduce to you our judges for todays event.

Host 2: Our first judge is ……………

Host 1: our second judge is ……………….

Host 2: And our third judge is…………………….

(Announce the winners and present the awards.)


Host 1: Now, as we come to the end of our program, we invite our School Principal, our Guest
Speaker, and the YHC adviser to join us on stage for the awarding of certificates.

Acknowledgement:

Host 1: At this juncture may we call on Ma’am Marichel H. Nepales the YHC Adviser for the
acknowledgement. Around of applause please.

Host 2: Thank you so much maam

CLOSING REMARKS

Host 2: To conclude our program, we are honored to have our school Principal, Ms. Marilyn V.
Ramos, to deliver the closing remarks.

Host 1: Thank you, Ma'am, for your inspiring words. Let us all give everyone who has worked
so hard to make this event a success, to every attendees, and to our Almighty God, our big
round of applause.

CONCLUSION

Host 2: Thank you all for joining us today. Let us continue to cultivate a culture of peace in our
daily lives and strive for a more harmonious and just world.
