AI/Data Engineer

As an AI/Data Engineer at FPT Digital Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering
technical solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation journeys. You will
collaborate with consultants and business analysts to develop data-driven insights and
AI models that help clients optimize their business operations. Your role will include
developing and maintaining AI infrastructures and contributing to consulting
engagements through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

o Work with consulting teams to design and implement AI models, data pipelines,
and data engineering solutions based on client needs
o Assist in conducting data assessments, identifying key insights, and making
data-driven recommendations to improve client business processes
o Develop and maintain scalable data architectures and machine learning models
for deployment in client environments
o Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure solutions
align with client goals and project timelines
o Conduct technical research on emerging AI tools and data engineering methods
to integrate into consulting practices
o Provide support in troubleshooting and optimizing existing client solutions for
performance and scalability

Qualifications:

o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related


fields
o Experience: 1-3 years of experience in AI and/or data engineering with previous
experience in consulting is a plus
o Skills:
o Strong understanding of data structures, databases, ETL processes and data
processing tools and/or Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud
computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
o Ability to work in a consulting environment, managing client relationships and
delivering technical solutions
o Language: Fluent in English both spoken and written
o Analytical: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex client
problems using data-driven approaches
