Futurephonic

Source Code for Serum, by Virtual Light - License

TLDR version:
- You can use these sounds in your tracks, royalty free. You just can't sell them
as part of another soundset, or use them to make sample packs which you sell.
- These sounds have been tested thoroughly on computers across the world and work
consistently on legitimate versions of Xfer Records Serum. We can not issue refunds
based on the patches not working unless a fault of Futurephonic can be proven.

License Info:
The synth presets found in Source Code are covered by International Copyright
�2019. Purchasers with proof of purchase from Futurephonic are automatically
licensed to use these sounds royalty-free in personal and commercial productions.
You MUST purchase these libraries to obtain a legal License to use these sounds in
any of your work � professional or otherwise.

Usage and Copyright


Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the
products for sale, other than outlined in 'License Info', is strictly prohibited.
This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer
networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their
original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the
nature of Futurephonic's business.

Single User Licenses and Rights


1. Mechanical Rights: Licensees have the non-exclusive right to use Source Code for
Serum as part of their media productions in whatever medium they choose.
2. Synchronization Rights: Licensees have the non-exclusive right to use the
presets as a soundtrack �synced� with visual images, games or theatrical works.
3. Public Performance Broadcast Rights: Licensees have the non-exclusive right to
use the presets as part of a public viewing or broadcast of their production.

The Licensee may NOT


1. Claim ownership or authorship of the presets
2. Sell the presets to individuals or groups.

The Licensee MAY:


Use the presets in any type of media production that isn�t a sound, sample or
preset library or collection of audio recordings that are re-sold/licensed.
Such productions include, but are not limited to, music, games, films, compact
disks, DVDs, live sound, radio and broadcast.

The license agreements are effective for the lifetime of the purchaser.

Refund Policy
Products purchased from Futurephonics are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to
buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your
music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.

Source Code for Serum has been tested thoroughly and shown to work without failure
on any up-to-date version of Xfer Records Serum. While we aim to help our customers
as much as possible, we will not issue refunds in the event of the patches not
working, unless a fault in the patches are proven.
