    Points To Be Noted

    1 School timings are from 8.00 am to 1.50 pm for the entire year.
    2 85% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next class.
    3 All school rules regarding uniform, discipline, and attendance must be strictly followed.
    4 Students will not be allowed inside the school after 0805 hrs without prior permission.
    5 Students will be allowed to leave school only in an emergency(medical reasons) during school hours. A written application is required.
    6 Students whose fees are delayed by more than 2 months are liable to be struck off the rolls within 1 week of being informed.
    7 Fees can be deposited in Fed. Bank, Sec 38-D A/C No.19440200000609 IFSC FDRL0001944.
    8 Fees can be deposited in Punjab National Bank, Sec 37-D A/C No.08742010004110 IFSC PUNB0087410.
    9 Fees can also be deposited in the school by card.

    11 Deposit full year fees before 10th April and pay for 11 months only.
    12 Late fees will be charged a minimum of Rs. 100/-. Further delay will be charged @ Rs. 100/- for every subsequent month.
    13 All dues must be cleared and NO DUES collected by 10th March or else the student maybe barred from appearing in the test/ exam.
    14 TC will be issued within two days of application after submission of NOC from accounts department.
    15 Class teachers can be met on PTM days and on other days by appointment only.
    16 Kindly ensure all your child's belongings are labeled properly.
    17 For admission to Nur the child must be born between 01.04.19 and 31.03.20 i.e. 3 to 4 yrs old on 01.04.23 (EWS Quota 15 Seats)
    18 Admission in general quota will be on a First come First served basis. (Quota 45 seats in Nur)
    19 Admissions under RTE quota are subject to rules and regulations as specified by the Act/Chandigarh Administration.
    20 For general quota documents required are DOB certificate, Aadhaar Card of both parents and child plus 2 photos of the child.
    21 Children must bring their own tiffin. No tiffin for any child will be accepted during school timings.
