    Responsibilities :
     Inspecting the work and the work permit system.
     Full knowledge of site HSE regulations and specifications.
     Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety Analyses are being
    implemented.
     Identify site hazards, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate
    attention of site supervision (and record)
     Produce pertinent toolbox talks with the assistance of responsible construction supervision Including the
    identification of proactive and reactive site issues for communication to the Workforce and collection of
    constructive feedback
     Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce
     Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences for Zero accident and
    incidence.
     Training, Inspection, audit and assessing the hazards at all construction activities such as: (Scaffolding, lifting and
    rigging, Forklift, hot work, Excavation, Confined space..etc)
     Fully awareness with lifting international standards, inspection and design, Safe lifting and slinging operations.
     Fully awareness with Scaffold international standards, inspection and design, Safe erection and dismantling
    operations.
     Audit, inspect, survey, assist, monitor and provide progress reports on implementation of the company Safety,
    Environmental Management System, policies, emergency procedures, regulations/standards and safety work
    procedures and safe codes of practices on all sites.
     Prepare scenarios for the drills (fire, gas release, oil spillage, man over board, abandon ship drill and the other
    construction hazards ¡§onshore- offshore¡¨).
     Working and managing the risks in life plants and areas under commissioning.
     Submit all statistics report and HSE performance report to the Top management
     Conducting and developed all types of HSE Documentation according to international standards.
     Conducting Job Hazard Analysis and Risk assessment for different kinds of works.
     Ensure that risk assessment for activities with a high potential for loss and completed before work commences.
     Safety inspection to insure that workers and equipment are in compliance with the safety standards.
     Safety inspection for all types of equipment’s (Generators, Welding machines, hand tools and other facilities) and
    cranes.
     Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences for Zero accident incidence.
     Provide, or where necessary source, training for staff and workers in relation to Health and Safety policies,
    practice and procedures.
     Ensure to arrange the necessary training for the new personals project and new hire safety Training orientation.
     Prepare Accident/Incident Reports and Corrective Actions.
     Maintain and track safety files, training files, certifications and all licenses.
