WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Building and scaling the infrastructure used to ingest data from numerous sources
• Explore rigorous scientific methods to assist in developing sophisticated investment
models and shape our insights into how the markets will behave
• Building and maintaining the low-latency, high-performance infrastructure, and
systems responsible for executing trades.
• Working with the Lead analyst to assist in designing high-frequency trading algorithm
solutions
• Creating tools to analyze data for patterns
• Apply quantitative techniques like machine learning to a vast array of datasets
• Create and test complex investment ideas and partner with our engineers to test your
theories

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED


• Coursework towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Ruby, Perl, or other languages that target the
JVM.
• Proficiency in back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques
• Data-mining and analysis skills, experience dealing with a large amount of data/tick
data
• Familiarity with signal generation and statistical models
• Ability to think independently &communicate complex ideas clearly
• Critical thinkers who are passionate about technology.
• Financial experience is not a requirement
