User Manual
Dear user:

For your convenience, please read this manual carefully

before use and follow the instructions strictly.

Notes for use
1. Do not use the printer anyway other than described herein in order to avoid personal injury
or property damage.

2. Do not place the printer near any heat source or flammable or explosive objects. We suggest
placing it in a well-ventilated, low-dust environment.

3. Do not expose the printer to violent vibration or any unstable environment, as this may cause
poor print quality.

4. Please use recommended resin to in case damage of machine.


5. Do not use any other power cable except the one supplied. Always use a grounded three-prong
power outlet.

6. Please do not open the plastic cover during usage, otherwise the printing will be interrupted.
7. Do not wear cotton gloves when operating the printer. Such cloths may become tangled in the
printers moving parts leading to burns, possible bodily injury, or printer damage.

8. Please wait a moment after the print is finished. And please wear gloves to takeout the print
by tools.

9. Clean the printer frequently. Always turn the power off when cleaning, and wipe with a dry
cloth to remove dust, adhered printing plastics or any other material off the frame, guide rails, or
wheels. Use glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean the print surface.

10.Children under 10 years should not use the printer without supervision.
11. This machine is equipped with a security protection mechanism. Do not manually move the
nozzle and printing platform mechanism manually while booting up, otherwise the device will
automatically power off for safety.

12. Users shallcomply with related nation and region’s laws, regulations and ethical codes where
the equipment or regional laws, regulations and ethical codes where herein refeffed product and
produced prints by it is located.

04 Operation interface description
1. Main interface
After the motherboard is powered on and started, it will first display the boot
LOGO picture, and then enter the system interface. The main interface of the
system has three function keys: "Tools", "System", and "Print".

2. Tool
After clicking the tool, you will enter the tool interface. The tool interface
includes: "Manual", "Exposure Test", "Set Z to Zero", "Emergency Stop", "Plate
Cleaning" and "Return".
After clicking "Manual", you will enter the interface for manual control
of platform movement.

"Moving distance selection area" allows you to modify the distance that
the manual control platform moves up and down, and can be set to
"0.1mm", "1mm" and "10mm".

"UP" moves upward. After clicking, the platform will move


upward by the specified distance. The distance moved is
the distance selected above.

"DOWN" moves downward. After clicking, the platform will


move downward for the specified distance. The distance
moved is the distance selected above.

"Home" returns to the zero point. After clicking, the platform


will move downward to find the position of the
Z-photoelectric switch.
After the "TOP" reaches the top point, the platform will move
upward to the highest position of the set stroke. This operation
can only be performed after the platform finds the
Z-photoelectric switch position. Otherwise, the platform will
move beyond the stroke and damage the module.

"STOP" stops, emergency stops the movement of the platform.


After clicking, the platform will terminate all movement operations.

"Back" returns to the previous menu.

Test the exposure screen display effect.

Click Time to modify the exposure time, up to 200s.


Click the up and down arrows to modify the exposure time in units of 1s.
Click "Return" to return to the previous menu.
Click "Next" to enter the exposure interface.

On the exposure interface, click "Return" to return to the previous menu.

After the manual operation platform finds the photoelectric switch and
moves it, click "Set Z to Zero" to print the current position as the zero
position. It is recommended to use the "Z-" position as the zero position.
After clicking, the printer platform will stop moving immediately, which is
the emergency stop button of the equipment.

The printing screen is fully exposed to solidify the residual resin on the
material tray, making it easy to clean the material tray.
Click "Next" to enter the exposure interface.

Return to the previous menu.


3. System
After clicking System, enter the system menu. The system menu contents
include: system information, network, after-sales service language, touch
correction and return.
The system information interface has three pieces of information from top to
bottom: motherboard model, motherboard ID, and motherboard firmware
version.
Mainboard firmware version number, taking "V0.0.6.0.5_7.0_7680_4320_ L3"
as an example, "V0.0.6.0.5 is the version number of the firmware system,
"7680_4320" is the resolution of the printing screen of the mainboard system.
Small speaker icon , click to set whether the motherboard buzzer is muted.
The return icon returns to the previous menu.
The motherboard has a lock screen function. Click the Close of the lock screen
to turn the lock screen function on and off .
For motherboards with memory chips, click Format Internal Storage to format
the memory chip.

Network system interface, only applicable to motherboards that support WiFi


function. This interface can display WiFi information.
IP is the LAN IP number assigned to the motherboard by the router after the
motherboard is connected to the router.
WiFi and WiFi password are the WiFi name and password of the router
connected to the motherboard. This WiFi and WiFi password can be modified
through the gcode parameter setting file.

The button in the upper left corner is the WiFi function on andoff button.
For motherboards that support WiFi function, it is turned on by default.

After-sales service information includes: official website, service, landline


phone, and public account. These information can be modified through
the gcode parameter setting file.
Click the language button to switch the system language of the
motherboard.

Click to enter the touch calibration interface and calibrate the touch screen.
This function is only available on resistive touch screens, capacitive touch
screens do not have this button.
4. Print

After clicking the print button, you will enter the U disk interface and the
files in the U disk will be displayed.

For motherboards with memory chips, click the U disk icon in the upper right
corner to switch to the motherboard memory interface and view the files in
the motherboard memory.

The up and down arrow buttons can turn pages up and down.

Return button to return to the previous menu.


After clicking on the slice file in the USB flash drive or memory, you will
enter the slice printing confirmation interface.

The trash can button in the upper right corner is used to


delete the selected slice files.

Start printing button.

Return to the previous menu.


05 Releasefilminstallationinstructions
Installation steps
1.First, First use the film clips (green and blue pieces) to clamp the release film.
2.Then directly fix it on the material trough with M3x12 hexagonal countersunk
head screws.
